Called on a Monday. Made an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. Finished work in less than an hour. Would definitely call again.

Power's was unresponsive even after purchase.

Not very good on the call back and when I called them after the in home visit to give me the quote the person was rude at first over the phone.

Very good service. Polite and efficient, and had the right expertise for the work. They came out on 29Dec with only a few hours notice - very appreciative!

Called them after regular business hours, and they scheduled an estimate next morning. Showed up on time for the estimate, had the needed parts on hand, installation was same day. Took about 45 minutes and the door has not been so quiet for years. Was very happy with the work, the cordiality, and the professionalism

They were great! A hinge came off our garage door this morning and had to manually shut. I called this afternoon and he was in our area. He was over within the hour and quickly fixed our problem!

The technician was friendly and polite. He knew what he was doing and gave me tips while completing the work. He did more than was necessary and definitely went the extra mile. I shouldn't need more garage door work anytime soon, but I'd recommend them to anyone!

Called this morning, he said he would provide free estimate. Arrived as scheduled. Quoted price confirmed work order and repair was made immediately. In and done in 30 minutes. Excellent Job!

He did something extra and I paid him a little bit more. He changed the rollers. My garage door still does that, it's not fixed.

It went very well. Luke was very responsive giving next day service. I thought I'd have to wait much longer. He fixed the problem, serviced the other moving parts on the door and completely checked the operation of the door. There was a problem a few days later that wasn't related to what he fixed. He offered to come back, but talked me through the fix instead.

I called late afternoon on Saturday. Service person "Luke" arrived Sunday at 10:am as arranged, right on time. He put in a new bracket and repositioned it so the pull on the bolts was significantly reduced. Luke was competent and friendly and fixed it better than the original attachment. He also honored the 10% senior discount offered on Angie's list. I would hire again and recommend his services.

Luke showed up timely, and had even advised me the day before to buy my own garage door opener to save some money. He discovered I had some broken hinges, and that the door spring was also broken. He did a great job and had to take quite some time to adjust my opener hanger (old owner hung it going downhill). He also suggested moving our storm braces to the proper spots on the door and did that as well. Everything was tuned, and installed correctly: I would recommend Luke and Power's Garage Doors to anyone needing help with their garage doors.

We called Powers because he was on Angie's List. We called him and he was over to our place within 30 minutes. He looked at all the parts of the garage door system and said it was a "good" one. We did not need to "replace" it. He could fix by adjustments. He found wobbly guides, and other mechanisms that he showed us needed adjusting. He tightened things up. Then lubricated and adjusted the tension. It works perfectly now. He gave us the Angie List discount promised. We are very pleased with his prompt help and also that we did not have to buy a new replacement system!

I called after normal business hours and left a message. Mr Juliano called me back within a half hour, asked me some questions and arranged to come at 8:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and went right to work. The door was in working order in a short time. He then checked out the opener system, looking for any problems that might have caused the derailment. He tightened up and aligned the tracks and lubricated them. Door opener is now working better and quieter than ever.

Service was prompt and efficient and we would use him again.

Mr Luke Juliano cut and fastened 3 metal bars to prevent the garage doors from flexing and interrupting garage door operation in about 1 hour. He does good work and is very thorough to ensure the repair is completed correctly. Unfortunately, the repair required (3) appointments since he didn't have sufficient metal on-hand.

He offered his opinion based on my needs telling me that a chain drive would be a more cost efficient option even tho I wanted a belt drive. I went with his suggestions and have not been disappointed. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Ronnie also found a problem with my garage door. Had he not noticed the issue (a broken brace) the problem would have compounded and cost much more to fix. I've used Ronnie twice and have been very happy with him.

Everything went very well, job was done in a very professional manner, technicians were prompt, knowledgable and polite.

I called Powers Garage Door service based on: (1) A ratings on Angie's List, and (2) proximity to my house. The owner called right away and his son was at my house in about an hour. He was subbing for his father whose wife was ill. He did a very good job, but didn't know the particulars of using the Angie's List 10% discount. He called his father and must have misunderstood the message because he took 10% off the labor only. Within an hour of his leaving, his father called and apologized profusely because it was supposed to be a 10% discount on the entire job. He sent me a check for the rest of the discount that I received in a couple of days. I don't know of many business people who are that honest these days. I was very impressed and highly recommend Mr. Powers and his company to anyone wanting speedy, honest service.

Incredibly quick and responsive.. He was at our house less than 45 minutes after we called. He quickly knew what was wrong and fixed the spring quickly. We also had him install a keypad door opener. He also noticed the garage door light was out. Little did we know that using a new style light bulb was the problem, he even gave us an "old" style bulb. He lubricated the frame as well. He worked carefully around the overpacked garage and was very through. He comes with my highest recommendation.

He was very prompt and very nice. Price was very reasonable. He was much cheaper and did a better job than we have had done in the past. I highly recommend him

Overall, Mr. Powers did an excellent job. Our new garage door is quiet and works great.
