Description of Work: They did a lot survey before we had some landscaping done, had a fence installed, and had some trees removed. They put all the stakes and flags in the property and gave us a print out of the property line.

Description of Work: Jason M. Failla, PLS - President of the company-did a detailed survey of our land. We asked for a full survey not just finding the corners of the property. We had the house sited; had all major landmarks put on the map; had permanent iron rods driven into the corners; and 2 permanent iron rod markers driven on the property lines between corner markers. We did this because this area had not been surveyed in many years and with modern equipment.

Description of Work: Port City Geomatics came out at the request of a neighbor who was attempting to put up a fence between properties. Due to possible encroahment issues I asked that they get a survey of their property. I felt it necessary to be present for the survey. Port City Geomatics surveyors Jason Failla and Eric Conely arrived and asked if they could come on my property. I agreed to try to be helpful but I did NOT hire them and they proceeded to survey MY property for the benefit of the neighbor without my permission. When I proceed to question their property measurement and lines Jason became enraged and nasty. His behavior was atrocious!!! If you need a land surveyor for any reason stay away from this company especially if Jason Failla is employed or owns the business. He misrepresented himself and has way over the top unprofessional behavior....ugly. The 'work' was done on my property without my consent.
