 + -1 moreI called for an estimate on some things I needed done around the house. Apparently, he doesn't work on residential property. He only does work on apartments and light commercial work. Just wanted to inform others before they wasted their time calling. However, he was very nice and offered to give me numbers to someone who could help me. But he needs to update his listing to multi-family housing and commercial work only.

 + 3 moreKevin has a great eye for design and is a perfectionist. My deck is amazing and has surely added over 10K to my home value. I would call Kevin for any work around my home. His team is courteous and very helpful. Easy to communicate
Description of Work: Total reconstruction of a new patio with wood and stone. Installation of hot tub. Removal of wood rot and roof repairs.
