The crew did a great job and totally cleaned up after. Alfonso Huckleberry, Senior product Specialist, was excellent. He clearly explained everything, went up on the roof took measurements and sent us detailed pictures of our roof. This differed from othe vendors that just used a Google picture. He came a couple of times to check on progress. He so impressed me that I went with Patriot over a competitor's lower bid.

Alphonso, the salesman was excellect, he patiently answered all my questions, stayed in touch, and was even at our site on the day of installation to ensure everything was going well. Alfonso Huckleberry was our salesman / advocate / intermediary with our insurance carrier. We experienced wind damage to sections of our roof. Alfonso was critical in allowing us to receive FULL benefits from our insurance carrier to the extent it was available. He was ALWAYS respectful .... his knowledge and "art of explanation" were EXCELLENT !!! He was professional and persistent with our insurance carrier to ensure ALL was done to the fullest extent possible.

The representative from Patriot Roofing was very professional and friendly. He walked us through the entire process and made everything very easy. He did everything possible to make this as seamless as possible for us. From meeting our insurance adjuster at our house when he came to look at the damage, to picking shingles all the way to making sure all of the work was done to code. The representative Alphonso was very professional and explained in detail how the entire process would go. The cost for the roof and gutters was very reasonable (it was half the price of the first company that I received an estimate from). The shingles and everything needed to replace the roof arrived the day before the start of the project, as guaranteed. The installers arrived early in the morning (about 6:00 am), and got to work immediately, working to complete the roof in one day!
