Our builder is the one who hired PBJ. He was eventually fired by builder but our house was already finised by then. Terrible work. Most walls only received one coat of paint when they should have received two. Not sure there's any primer under there either. Stair rails were primed but never painted. Dried paint in tub to this day. Worst part is we separately hired him to do our garage floor with a special coating. He only put part one down, never did the second part. Our duplex neighbor got the same thing done so I have it to compare to and you can easily see the difference. I talked to him about it. He denied it but said hed come back and work more on it (as if he was just being nice to address the bleed through problems we were having but we were having them bc he didnt complete the job the first time). and still he never came back like he said he would and did anything. All lies. Too late to take him to small claims court. Terrible bc he calls himself a christian business. I've given him every opportunity to make it right but he won't. I'd even update this review if he came and fixed the issues and made thinhs right even now.

Painting by Jeremy is used by Mike Long Construction for new home builds, we did not choose the painter. We had many cosmetic quality issues throughout the home, drywall and paint being the most noticeable. PBJ came to the house about a month after purchase to fix some items, which they did fix some, but missed many. Over the next year we had other items fixed, finally reaching painting again. I was told by Jeremy that his crew was skilled enough to fix drywall and other cosmetic issues created by the drywall sub or others. Some items were fixed, however they left more problems than were actually fixed. Additional problems were also created. They left paint on the wood floors and railing in multiple locations. One of the fan housings now has paint on it. They moved my couch and scratched my floor. Some places on the wall needed to be sanded. The crew sanded, but did not paint, leaving a much larger problem than they began with. There were also many places which were clearly only one coat was applied, although Jeremy claimed two coats were applied. It is quite obvious when the white of the drywall can be seen in spots where the different colored paint should be. My wife and I were their and our builder's quality control, they had no sense of how to review work and correct issues. Not to mention they should not have even started painting in the first place with the poor drywall job they were given. In the end, I fixed many of the issues myself, on my own time and dollar. We did not choose this contractor and 100% do NOT recommend.

Painting by Jeremy (PBJ) has actually done three jobs for us recently. I've combined two of them here; I'll add another review for the third job. We originally contracted PBJ to make a small siding repair and apply one coat of paint to the larger building. Before he started we realized that most of the siding was poorly attached to the building and asked him to secure all the siding. The shape and siting of the larger building make access to the top story difficult and it was necessary for PBJ to rent a lift. In the event, two coats of our chosen color were required for the siding. PBJ offered to absorb the cost of the additional coat; but we felt that the price was already very reasonable and we covered part of the additional cost. The work on the second building was much less extensive. Both jobs were completed extremely well. There was some delay in getting the work started because a previous job went much longer than PBJ had estimated, but the quality of the finished job made up for the delay.
