Description of Work: I had carpenter bees. When I showed the serviceman my issue and told him what it was he was very frank saying that there is little to be done for them but he sprayed the areas for me free of charge then told me just to fill in the holes with wood putty in about a week.

+ -1 moreI really like the technician that comes out. If I need them to come out in between services they are right out. They have done a good job. We have been very pleased with them so far and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We had used them in Virginia and when comparing costs they gave us the same rate as before. We have a quarterly plan with them.

+ -1 moreI am extremely satisfied with them. I think I spend around$80 on that service. I am very impressed with them and I get the same service guy every time. I have had this house for 14 years and have been doing business with them since then. The owner of the local Orkin group comes by once a year and asks me how I am doing and they are very personalized visits and you know that they are part of a huge company. I think I can get it cheaper, but I am getting what I pay for. I would absolutely use them again.
