 + -1 moreThis is the kind of business that one loves to support. A small family owned business that provides quality service at fair rates. The store I purchased my furniture from highly recommended them (said they would do a better job protecting my furniture than having the manufacturer do it at the factory). The man who came was friendly, knowledgable and clearly cared about doing a good job. When it is time to clean my rugs, I know who I will be calling.
Description of Work: Provided fabric protection for a new white couch and cushions for a kitchen bench.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED A 7X9 AREA RUG. WE TOOK IT TO THEM THEY GAVE US A DATE AND PRICE IT WOULD BE READY. WE CALLED TO VARIFY IT WAS READY THEN WENT AND PICKED IT UP. THEY WOULD HAVE DELIVERED IF WE WANTED BUT WE PERFERED TO PICK IT UP OURSELVES. OVER ALL VERY PLEASE.

 + -1 moreThis company is clearly great at what they do, because they did end up delivering the rugs after the due date. They are simply slammed with cleaning requests right now. I was very impressed with how great my rugs looked when they brought them back. No artificial brighteners or chemicals were used; the rugs just got an excellent, deep cleaning and drying just like they describe on their website. (It's important for handmade rugs to be cleaned the right way, and these folks clearly know the right way.) In fact, I was so happy that I gave them two more rugs to take with them, one an antique with a lot of sentimental value. They're so busy that I'm not sure when the rugs will be back, but they will look great when they get here. PS: I am used to the prices of Long Island Carpet Cleaners, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how reasonable their charges were. Whew!
Description of Work: They picked up 2 handmade wool rugs, one about 40 years old, both pretty heavily soiled. They arrived on time and were polite and professional with the entire transaction.
