Since they won't provide pool cleaning in our area, I cannot recommend using their service.

Excellent. The entire team at Ocean Blue Pools are professional and provided my pool and pool house as we had discussed and planned. The pool, deck and pool house are first class. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Kevin was the best working on the design, layout and the various obstacles we encountered with fencing since we were on a raised patio. He was very responsive and patient with me as there were some changes along the way and some delays with inspectors, etc. Overall a very good, professional company and great to work with the owner Kevin and his wife Pauline. Highly recommend.

From start to finish , the project went better than expected. The Permitting Process, which was required from North Topsail Beach and CAMA. Our project started on time, and finished on time. I had 3 Different Pool Companies come in and give us a quote on the project. And they came in with the most reasonable price. But also they did not try to sell me something , that i didn't need. We are so Happy with our Salt Water Pool. And they are only a phone call away, when we have any questions. I would Highly recommend Ocean Blue Pool and Spas.

Ocean Blue Pools was fantastic from start to finish! They are honest, friendly, clean and professional. Ocean Blue spent a ton of time with us selecting our pool and making sure we were comfortable with the layout before installing. During install, they took care in laying mats over our grass before driving heavy equipment in the yard, moved any plants in the way (so they wouldnt be destroyed), relocated irrigation, and left the construction site tidy and as safe as possible before leaving everyday. They also spent time after install, teaching us how to take care of the pool, use the equipment, etc. Great folks! The outcome...our pool looks like it was built with our house...fits in perfectly. We have our own little oasis right in our backyard. Years later, we still love our Ocean Blue pool! Best improvement we made to our house!

Work was done when promised, finished on time cleaned up very well afterwards. Also replaced grass that was damaged during pool installation. Followup was great getting the pool clean and running properly. They made sure I understood the operation before they left.

Excellent!!! One of the best experiences that I have ever had. I was not in town during the installation and did not have anything to worry about with these guys. They showed up when they said they were going to, they cleaned up after themselves every day. I would highly recommend them to do anything and will for sure call them again in the future if I ever need anything else to be done that they do. A+++++

They have done a great job - start to finish.

They took the time to do a site survey & come up with a simple solution as to how to remove the old hot tub and then install the new one. From the time all the equipment arrived until all were ready to depart was 1 hour, they did a great job. They also were very responsive to my questions after the hot tub was up and running and still great at providing advice 6 months after instillation.

It took for ever and when it was done my heater stopped working

Went very well.. Installations complicated by need to interface with poolhouse construction by another contractor, which fell way behind original schedule.

We did deal with them and very horrible. They did a couple of different things for it went very expensive. We spent like a thousand dollars to get our hot tub working and it does not work. They cannot tell me as different things went wrong with our hot tub. We will buy and they will come to install it then the hot tub would work. The guy ripped off with the fences and all the water was leaking out. They actually fix them out.

The guy who came out did a great job. I do not remember how much he charged us for the service but it was a reasonable price. The electrical circuit works fine now. He said that he could fix it and he did. His price was fine and the quality of his work was excellent.

The owner was very nice and he is always their on site.

found these guys on angies list, reputable rating, good reviews. called for estimates about a project that I had. didn't even get a return call back saying they weren't interested. have since received calls from other companies from estimates, and they have already been out here. i'm STILL waiting for a return call from Ocean Blue.

Ocean Blue installed our in-ground pool at a house under construction. We had several requirements for our pool installer. First, we needed someone who could be flexible and coordinate the installation with our homebuilder. Second, the pool was to be installed very close to the house foundation, so we needed someone who knew what they were doing and understood that it had to be done well. Lastly, we wanted a non-chlorine freshwater pool, and needed someone who was willing to explore filtration systems that were not their ?normal? install. This was a particularly difficult one, as we went to several pool builders to ask if they would be willing to do something a little different, and none of them would even discuss any options except chlorine or saltwater. But on all points, Ocean Blue went above and beyond. They had to keep revising the schedule for installation with the homebuilder, but made it work. They had to spend extra time planning due to the location near the house and a tight worksite, but the installation went smoothly. They also took time to find a supplier of a non-chlorine freshwater system, and after a few hiccups it has worked very well. They also put in beautiful waterline tile and pavers around the pool, even a brick planter area. We've talked to many people who felt their pool installation was a nightmare, and feel so lucky that we found Kevin and Pauline instead! We did run into a few issues after the initial install, part of which was due to lack of familiarity with the non-typical filter system, but that?s not unexpected for a job like this. While it took some time, Ocean Blue came through for us to rework a few items, even contact the filter manufacturer, and we still feel they went the extra mile for us!

We love our hot tub that we purchased from this local company. Great store. Great product.

It was fine. They were fine. We have no problems.
