Michael came & gave estimate for system We compared other estimate. They had the complete deal that suited us. Installation went without a hitch. Michael returned after to go over whole process and remit papers for a energy saver rebate.

Not only did they take pictures of it so I would know that there really was a problem, but then they hauled the old one out to the front yard and I could see it was rusting and cracking. They double checked my carbon monoxide filters. Everything was done top notch, first rate and safe. I think the materials were $450 and the better part of the days labor was $300. They always put on shoe covers when they come in. It stood out to me that they were being careful of both the safety and my confidence level that they were doing something that really needed to be done, although I couldn't see it. The price was worth it.

I use them once a year for the routine servicing. I pay $12.89 a month for their lowest level of service. Which means they will respond to a call within a certain amount of time, but not as fast if I were paying at a Platinum level. It's an automatic withdrawal from my checking account. I think it's gone up a little. My unit is now 16 years old and they have kept it running nicely.

Acted like they liked what they did and were interested in quality and customer service. Tim the field supervisor assisted at one point. The Sales guy Mike was also very knowledgeable, no pressure, patient with my questions, encouraged getting other estimates (which I did). O’Brien’s is not inexpensive, but overall I thought the extra expense was worth it. The Service Dept, Accounting, and followup were uniformly excellent. Would highly recommend, without reservation.

Way beyond expectations: Mike Russell, design specialist, was patient and very knowledgeable in his estimates and project oversight and follow up. Installation team of Tim more house, Mike B and Rich R, were punctual, courteous and skillful in their one-day installation.

I called that morning (the lady that took my call was very nice) and the tech came right after lunch. He found the problem (blower fan not working), got a new part and had it fixed in no time. He explained what had gone wrong and what he did to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was pleased with the whole experience.

O'Brien Service Company showed up to work on time each day and cleaned up after themselves each day. My home was left in mint conditon. Installation was promised to take 3 days and the job was completed as promised. Employees were friendly and respectable.
