Description of Work: Our HVAC system went out and we had a 6-month old nephew coming to stay with us within the week. When we called, Heidi must have sensed our desperation on the phone because she worked some magic and got someone to our house within a couple of hours of calling. Mike was very thorough and professional when measuring and explaining our options to us. He even found a way to make the install happen in a few days, instead of the few weeks that other companies were telling us. | |Every interaction with O'Brien Service Company was professional and courteous. The quality and value of their services are superb. We wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We are sorry you were not satisfied with our service, but we are unclear about our grade that you left us. We have no record of service dated April 16th 2014. O'Brien Service Company was at your house November 26th 2013. To sum up the service, the technician changed out your thermostat. We returned to your house December 4th because you were unhappy with the thermostat. At that visit we re-installed your old thermostat and a refund was issued. As far as we were aware you understood there were still some low voltage issues with the system, in which you wanted to wait until after the holidays to deal with. We have not heard from you since, and we apologize on our part for not following up. We would like to make sure this matter is resolved, because at O'Brien Service Company customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you can call us and clarify your concerns, our management staff does not take this grade lightly and it would be useful for training purposes to better serve our community. Thanks.

Description of Work: I purchased the Energy Savings Club and had an energy audit done. It ended up that I needed the condenser cleaned and a part replaced. I was extremely happy with their punctuality, professional interaction and care taken to not mess up my house. It was an exceptionl home visit and I would most certainly recommend them.

Description of Work: My air conditioning went out right before a holiday weekend. The service man tried to walk me through some basic checks on the phone in case I could fix it myself, but it didn't work. They were able to squeeze me in late Friday evening. Joey was very helpful and explained everything he did and made sure both units functioned well before leaving. I plan to start a maintenance contract with this company.
