+ -1 moreHired David to replace our roof as we were having drainage issues. In the past week we have had water coming into our unit due to an improper roof drain in which David says is not part of installing a new flat top roof (we are not talking about gutters but the drain where water has to go to exit the roof). His warranty is useless as it’s not through a third party but through him which means if he doesn’t agree, no warranty. He was highly unprofessional and requesting money constantly even though we agree to a deposit and the rest after the job was done. Also the roof debris from improper cleanup after (maybe he forgot) caused the drain to clog up and he refused to repair the damage caused by that.
Description of Work: New flat EPDM roof with shingles to solve old building drainage problems and improper roof installation prior.

+ 0 moreDavid with Norato Roofing was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable about the products he recommends and working with insurance. He answered the questions I had and made sure that his team completed the work. They ran into some issues while removing the old roof, and he immediately went over to the job site and sent me pictures personally. We discussed what caused the issues and what needed to be done and he already had someone lined up to do the additional work. The cost for the additional work was reasonable. After the job was completed, he came by to review the work himself. Then came back again with workers to correct some items he wasn't happy with. We would recommend Norato Roofing.

+ -1 moreVery well. Neat, organized, came when they said they would, exceptional work quality, cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn’t have know that they had even been there to remove the old shingles and replace them with new.
