There was major water damage around a big arched window in front of my house. I didn't know how extensive the repairs would be. Scott Creamer explained each step when he gave an estimate. Work on the exterior found that bare wood was under the siding. Flashing and industrial plastic sheeting were installed and the siding replaced in half a day. On the inside the damaged sheetrock and plaster around the window was removed. Metal strips were placed inside. Paint was matched to existing and the entire wall was painted. I am thrilled with the result! I enjoyed dealing with Scott Creamer in the planning. Johnny is the construction expert who did the actual repairs. He is a perfectionist! I will be recommending Myers Restoration Group to everyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in local businesses.

Myers restoration group will work closely with you to get everything you need done the way you want it. They were extremely patient and helpful during several major decision junctures of the project. When it came time to move forward on different parts of the project, the workers and subs worked diligently until the project was complete. I removed one star on work quality and value due to some scratches on the vinyl wood floor caused by the workers moving furniture.

Scott stated the work would take no more than 3 days to complete. It took over a week. Blake stated the work was guaranteed for one year. Within 8 months we noticed the pain over the shower was cracking. I have called, left text messages, and sent a letter to try and get someone to contact us about getting this looked at since September. There were issues when the work was being done, i.e., contractor coming late, leaving during the day for 2 hours or more, sending me on errands to pick up materials for him, constantly complaining that he wasn't getting paid enough for the job, and so on. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The first initial contact and meeting were professional, however, this episode quickly turned into a nightmare.

Immediate response to my inquire. Fast estimate and quick to start project. Friendly cooperative and friendly staff. Always answered questions. Fast response to text and emails. Will use MRG on upcoming projects in summer 2021. Would highly recommend Scott and his staff.

They were respectful, friendly, professional, timely, and responsive. It was a pleasure working with them. Roy was the best. He is now my go-to guy. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

These guys helped totally remodel our condo- new paint, new flooring, new doors, new lighting, new shower tiled enclosure, new countertops as well as removing overhead hanging cabinets and finishing it out to improve our beach view from the kitchen. They did a fantastic job! They communicated frequently, gave suggestions and did extra work as it popped up without qualms and finished on time. Roy was a pleasure to work with especially with us being long distance to the actual job- didn t phase him at all. Going to have them come back in the off season to R and R the master tub and surround with tile as well. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, my experience with Scott and Blake was not a good one. They said it would take about three weeks to remodel the bathroom, it three months. And, they never actually finished the job. They told us to take $300 from the final payment, and when they came back to finish we could pay them the final $300. Of course, they never came back. The biggest problem, however, was that they did not seal the shower floor, but told us they did. After using it for two weeks we found it was not drying, and I noticed large areas where the grout had washed away. It took 10 days for the floor to thoroughly dry before we could re-grout and seal it. The painting was poorly done (lots of drips and missed areas), the shower heads installed were cheap, and the floor has puncture marks in it. Overall, a rather shoddy job.

Super prompt with communication, work done quickly and thoroughly. Definitely will look them up for my next project.

I hired Scott to do more than one project in my home. Blake and Scott came out and was very receptive to what I needed and wanted. They immediately put me in contact with their electrician who set up an appointment immediately, came out and did the job. Now we are in the process of demoing my master bathroom. It s only day one of this project, so far so good. I ll update when we re finished. Communication with Blake and Scott was better than anyone I ve gotten estimates from. Thanks Guys

I think they have extreme professionalism, they are professionals in their craft, the contracting team was always on top of things, worked well together, communication to me and to each other was superior. They wanted to do the very best for their clients so it showed that they wanted a lasting relationship. The three gentlemen that worked with me were Scott Creamer , Blake and Roy. They are my go to team.

They were great to work with, they were timely, and kept us informed while we were out of state. I was able to have him on site to tell us what was going on. Overall we had a really great experience.

As an Association Management Co., we had numerous properties damaged by Hurricane Florence. MRG helped our Associations with insurance adjusters and completed repairs at 7 different Associations (condos, townhomes, clubhouses, etc.). They did everything we needed...interior repairs, roofing, exterior painting, etc. MRG worked hard to address the concerns of individual owners and we have many owners that have raved about their team and the finished product.
