If I could give him 0 stars I would. I asked them to recover my contacts I lost from my phone. They printed them all out and gave me a phonebook, rather than a usable digital file. Then they sent me an email asking me if I was happy with the service. I called the owner to tell him I was NOT happy and I wanted a refund. He basically told me to go p**** myself. Terrible decision to trust these guys. They charge 95/hour and they do not know what they are doing. Very unprofessional.

Took a working iPad Pro with a screen crack and returned a battery only, no iPad!, weeks later. Great when things go well, they turn on you when they mess up. Total crooks.

Dropped it off Mid April. Received one call asking for permission to reset to factory setting a few days later. I called 4/26/18 since I had not heard and told they needed to order a board and the cost would be $199. I said ok. I called last week to see how repair was going on 5/17/18 and was told they could not fix my computer and it was not worth anything but they had a similar computer coming in later that week for $700 I could buy. This is after one month of no work computer and me calling to check on progress..no word from them. I said I wanted my computer back and they tried to convince me it had no value and shouldn't bother. My computer still works with an accessory keyboard and mouse. This is the second mac gave to Mr Phix to repair. The first time he sent to Apple to fix after I gave him a bad review. for no communication and similar issues (YELP) So I wanted to give him another chance. This was a mistake. Do not bring your mac here for a repair. I keep wondering why they didn't want me to retrieve my "not working" working macAir..???
