Craig showed up and was very knowledgeable with my problem. After diagnosing the issue, he was fast in correcting and offering a solution. Problem Done, Problem Solved!!! Not only am I recommending them, but will also let my Home Warranty Insurance Company know how responsive and such a great job they did since the company they put the job into NEVER called me or returned my calls.

Craig was wonderful to work with. He worked late into the night and a couple of weekends to keep us on schedule. He was punctual, kept a neat work area and cleaned up after he was finished. He helped us resolve some unexpected issues. We would certainly call him again for any additional work or repairs.

Craig/owner, was on time, flexible hours and I didn't have to wait weeks to get fit into his schedule. Because it was a relatively small job (rewiring my garage to move the hot water heater out of the house interior), the other electrical contractors didn't seem to either want the job, or said they were too busy. Craig/Monarch Owner, came on a Saturday morning and knocked it out. Because it was a two part job, we next had the plumber come and pipe in the water lines later that week, and Craig came back that day so we had only minimal hot water interruption. The finished job was neat, and I was pleased as punch! In summary: pleasant, engaging personality; reasonable cost; flexible, and on time.
