Very quickly done and efficient. If a satellite dish needs to be removed and re-installed, it would be wise to coordinate with your provider to have it recalculated.

He responded fully to all our questions. The workmen were on time, efficient, and friendly. They cleaned up quite well. The roof looks good!

I got a quote for $75 on Oct 31 after the roofer went on the roof and examined it. . Later the roofer showed up and examined the roof again said it would cost $500 to fix because the problem was more serious than he had realized on the first inspection. He said he would be out this week to make the repairs. He has not shown up yet. I'm not quite ready to give him a bad grade. I will keep an open mind and see if he actually fixes the leak this week.

Mr. Long came and gave us an estimate on a roof repair and replacement on Wednesday, June 18th and his crew came out as promised early the next morning to repair several shingles on our roof. They were prompt, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing! They cleaned up well and did a wonderful job! We had called two other providers on Angie's list and neither one got back to us. We certainly appreciate Mr. Long coming through quickly. We highly recommend him and his crew!

Michael called me back the following day and was able to explain what was going to happen with the roof of the new house. He was able to answer the questions I had about the warranty of the shingles and of his labor. He made me feel very good about the labor by telling me that any little thing, he would come out to inspect to make sure his work was done to his standards.

Have quote and work will be started the end of January for a 5,000 sq ft roof. Did 4 quotes and he was not the cheapest but seems to me to be the best that I reviewed. Time will tell if I made the right choice.

Owner of the business returned my call within one hour. Unfortunately he does not service my area. He did, however, provide a recommendation for someone who does.

It is not really fair for me to give this company a rating. I called and asked for an estimate to replace our roof. The gentleman I talked to on the phone said he wasn't sure when he could come out but that he would call before he came. However, he just showed up without calling and my husband was not here to discuss the in's and out's of what we wanted. The roofer gave me an estimate to replace the roof. It was definitely in line with others we received, but we did not go with him because of the lack of information (which was probably not entirely his fault.).

Michael Long Roofing came out when he said he would. He gave us a very reasonable quote. He seem to be very pleasant. We decided to go with someone else but we were certainly satisfied with what he did and presented.

We have and will continue to use Michael Long Roofing for our rental properties and the houses that we renovate for re-sale. We have tried others, but Michael and his team provide the best service and definitely the best price. They are fast and do a great job. Michael is picky about the work that his crews do and inspects all the work carefully. He wants his customers to be happy so they will refer him to others. He's not one of those big budget marketing businesses - he's a small business owner who relies on his quality work to give him word of mouth referrals. I would not hesitate to hire him again - and in fact we are. He will be re-roofing our house as well as doing some complicated repairs to the dormers and soffits. He's a good guy and does good work.
