I went to their place of business since they refused to return calls and spoke to the president, Ms. Loretta Dee Smith. She said the representative we had been dealing with, Walter Frank Sullivan, he had disappeared and was no longer doing the work. The president told me that her company was filing bankruptcy. In 2010, we spoke with Sullivan and had him come out and look at the roof. He said his company was having financial issues, so we agreed to buy the material from the supplier and he would come out and fix the roof. He took the material to do another roof instead, and told us he would be getting new material soon to complete our job. I had to have the roof completely removed and it cost me 160,000 to rip the entire roof off and have it re-done. He now refuses to return calls and they refuse to address the problem. We've been trying to contact the company since to have the situation rectified.The company also did not file bankruptcy.
