She's great. Wonderful personality and does a great job. Her rates are very fair because she did everything I needed. I e had housekeepers for years and know what I'm looking for. We moved in three weeks ago, and she helped unpack and break down boxes and organize in addition to cleaning. She was here over four hours. She's awesome, and I highly recommend her!

Lucy, personally, is great. She did my housecleaning at my vacation rental for 2 years. The first year (2017) was great. The second year (2018) not so much. I think her business expanded, but for whatever reason she no longer showed up herself, instead sending employees. That's fine, except the employees did a fair to poor job. The ones i met were high school girls. I actually had 2 vacation tenants leave after arriving and finding the house not properly cleaned. To be sure the tenants weren't lying, i had Lucy's people clean when my wife and i were staying there. They did a shockingly poor job, not even close to acceptable. After seeing that, i was surprised more tenants didn't complain. Lucy shows concern for your property and rental business when you meet with her, and i know it is sincere. In fact, she helped me out several times with issues that were not strictly speaking her issues, just because i was out of town and couldn't handle it myself. She needs to hire better, more experienced people, train them, and supervise them, and get her services back on track. In summary, Lucy great; her employees poor.

Lucy and her staff were AMAZING! It was a last minute call, and she was able to squeeze me in that day. My house has never felt cleaner, and she is definitely my go to person for all future needs. I highly recommend her!

Very well. In spite of some difficult issues that took her out of town for a while, she was very responsive to our time constraint for getting this work finished before house guests arrived. She brought two helpers and spent about 4 and a half hours here. I couldn't have asked for anything more. She caught and cleaned 99% of any items that needed cleaning. We have been impressed enough to ask her to come back for routine periodic cleaning.

The first time, I was very impressed and pleased. The second time, I was a little disappointed. She did offer to return and fix the issue but my schedule did not allow it.....She is a very nice person, I will definitely give her another try...as we all have our off days.

Not well as job was not completed when I understood it was. Lucy has done quality and satisfactory work for me in the past but let me down this time. My new tenant complained of food particles on and in the stove, baseboards dusty and a bath vanity with dust on top, to name a few. Lucy was responsive as always to my request (short notice) and worked for me in the evening. However, I would have preferred her telling me she didn't have enough notice so I could have hired another cleaner. I am an 'out-of-state' landlord and rely totally on my cleaners to do a thorough job. I had to bring in another cleaner to finish the job and will not be using Lucy in the future. Her charge of $150 seemed higher than what she normally charges me.
