When I called Mark in April, he was very curtious over the phone and provided plenty of information. I could tell by the way he answered my questions that he had good knowledge of the problem at hand. Mark was up front with mend told me that as busy as they are that it may be July before they could get to my job. However, once I explained of an upcoming party at the beginning of May, he got the pool completed in time for the party. He accomplished this by wotking on weekends and late afternoons. He even showed up on Easter Sunday to deliver samples of the pool liners.Mark and his crew were very professional and did a great job of explaining what was going on at each part of the job. They were very particular about keeping tools, power cords, hoses, and other equipment cleaned up and in neat order throughout the job. They even cleaned up some of the mess I had made working in the yard that had nothing to do with the pool.I have used other pool companies in the Wilmington area and my experience with these others almost had me decide to just do the job myself. I'm very pleased that I found Mark on Angie's list and decided to use his service.Like someone else on here, I almost wish I were putting in another pool so that I could use their company again.

Called and left a message and was called back that evening. He came over and looked at the problem and provided an estimate over the phone a day later. When we told him we really wanted to get into the pool before weekend he said he would see what he could do. Sure enough on a Saturday he had all the parts and came to the house and started fixing. Now he easily could have replaced the pump, it looked like it had fried, but instead he checked it and said that it was good to go. So money saved. All the wiring and plumbing were replaced and it looks and work so much better. He even called about a week later just to see how things were going. What a great company. They have became our number one for pool maintanence.

This guy is amazing. He makes me want to add another pool just to experience competent service by a contractor again. Went above and beyond, even pressure washing the entire concrete pool area without charge, just because it needed it. Came back after job was done to check on liner, and again several weeks later to ensure no issues had arisen. Best contracting experience I've had in my entire life.
