4.We hired Lawn Logix for four projects: 1. Rake, weed, and dispose of debris in beds. Reasonable price Left behind lots of vines and weeds which I had to go back and attempt to remove. Did not rake the back yard as agreed upon. 2. Cut back and shape all Lorapetlum and Ligustrum bushes and willow tree. Also cut down and remove three Wax Myrtle trees. Reasonable Price They left one bush untouched and a very choppy job of the rest of the bushes. I had to, again, lower and reshape them. 3. Completely re-sod the backyard with 4 yards of Zoysia. 4. Removal of large limbs involving the rental of a man lift. Price quoted was somewhat low, too good to be true. We agreed he would come back the next week and do the tree work. One week goes by and I call and text him saying we want to move forward and get the rest of the projects completed. A few more days I call again and leave another message. NOTHING. Never heard from him again. The reason: He way under quoted the cutting of the trees. He didn't realize how extensive it was. He came recommended but he is really young, just starting out and got in over his head. Hope it's a lesson learned for him as well. What did we learn - don't focus on the low price. Quality outweighs price. Go with a reputable company and pay a bit more for efficient and quality service!!
