 + -1 moreAfter shopping at many different furniture stores, I decided on Lazy Boy to purchase my leather couch. The salesman told me the couch was made of 100 % Leather, not bonded fabric . Clearly this is a lie as the seats back and arms are leather ,but the areas on the sides of the cushions are bonded fabric. Its peeling and very unsightly. I have contacted Lazy Boy ,after several emails back and forth they offered to replace the damaged areas at a cost to me of approx $1000 ( I would have to pay for the fabric and an hourly rate to make the repairs . And they would replace it with the same cheap and bonded fabric. I feel cheated as I could have bought this couch for half the price at anyone of the five furniture's I has shopped at. I bought from Lazy Boy of Wilmington because I was told the couch was 100 % leather. I paid $3999.00 for this cheaply manufactured couch

 + -1 moreThere were problems from the time we ordered to delivery with the time it took for the custom sofa. They were not very cooperative for a well known furniture store. As I stated above we now have a chair that they will not return and we cannot use the chair in our living room. k
Description of Work: Furniture was delivered at two differents times during the time between July and Oct.. The first delivery was two chairs and two tables. When the sofa, that had been custom and took over 11 weeks and promised 4 to 6 weeks, came the two chairs did not fit in the room. We then went to the store and talked to the Manager, who was very rude, about returning one of the chairs and ordering something smaller. He would not even listen to anything we had to say. Once the sale was made they were not interested in helping us at all. We now have a chair that is sitting in the middle of the room not being used. The chair was a instock purchase and still has the tags attached. I expected much better service with the money we spent and would have gone back for more, but not now. Very disappointed. The survey I filled out asked if we wanted a call back and we said yes and it never happen. They are not what they seem.The problem was caused by the separate deliveries.
