Description of Work: I don't normally write negative reviews because it may be a one time incident but this was not and it is beyond understanding as to their behavior. Installed two high efficiency Trane units in new office we built. Had to call out at least two times to fix discrepancies that should have been done correctly upon installation. One supposed if was tech cramming a piece of foam insulation in a hole in one of the units. To me that is not a repair so I had to fix the unit. Next we were filing rebate with utility company since we had installed high efficiency units. Asked Kenny Fowler's office for necessary information to fill out rebate and they flat refused to provide the necessary information. This is not money from the but from utility company. Finally after weeks of phone calls to their office and the owner Kenny Fowler they eventually provided part of the information. In order to not miss deadline we filed the rebate incomplete. Utility company then sent request for remaining information and EVENTUALLY Kenny Fowler H/A complied. I have no idea only suspicions as to why they stone walled us for so long and almost made us loose our $2000 in rebates. It makes no sense why they have caused us such headaches and wasted time.
