He is a small company and he just uses one or two workers so he does the job slowly, but he does absolutely flawless and excellent work. He is meticulous. I am very satisfied with the job; it’s just that I have to have some time to allow him to finish the job. He works on his own schedule and sometimes he doesn’t work the whole day through, but if I have the time and I am not worried about how fast the job is going to get done then he is actually excellent. I am getting the best when I use them, but it is not all going to happen in a day. He works in two different ways; he works either by the job and I make a little contract with him or he works at $38 an hour, and if he uses another worker he adds another $20 an hour and that is everything included, including his overheads and transportation. He will be doing some painting work for me after this job is done.
