He knows how things should be built, he knows the short cuts others will take, and he was spot on in determing the water problems in my house and fixing them. He understands how to fix water leaks without using caulking and is the most skilled copper metal worker I have every seen, The flashing looks so professional and it works. Joe is a pleasure to work with and we are very comfortable with him. He shows up on time and works hard thru the day. We definelty recommend Joe for any house contracting needs that you have.
Description of Work: Joe removed all the siding on the west side of my house and installed new house sheathing. He installed copper flashing at the my second story deck. He bought and replaced the west sliding glass door. He installed flashing on west facing door. He completed all the work in a timely manner.

Description of Work: We hired him to do some work around our house, including painting, carpentry, built a skirt for a large deck and many other things.
