Great jjob! The technician worked in heavy rain and completed all tasks within the one hour period. I would recommend this company for any law irrigation work as they are quick to respond and proide excellent results, all at a fair price.

At first, they couldn't fix the pump start relay. They messed around with it a lot and tried a few different relays. After they got that working, they got everything else fixed. I purchased a new pump and they installed it. They did a darn good job.

what started out to be a pump prime turned into a complete review of the system which I requested. The system was initially installed in 1991 and had not had a review for years and had problems.The low pressure zone was for bush misters which had been shut off for several years. When the service tech said he could fix it I agreed. He did considerable work moving and replacing some heads to improve coverage in other zones. He had to return several times to complete the work due to his tight schedule. Overall I am satisfied with his work and determination to get everything fixed to my satisfaction. I also think the price I paid was fair for the work performed.

Technician was prompt, personable, professional, knowledgeable, gave good advice, and worked efficiently. Walked me through entire system and changes when done. I am really happy with all the work and would definitely recommend this company. Great value.

JB Sprinklers responded to my initial phone call promptly and set up an appointment for a representative to visit my home to discuss my needs. I explained that new landscape beds were installed and the existing sprinkler system needed to be revamped to accommodate these beds. He suggested adding drip irrigation to these beds and relocating existing heads to better cover the lawn. He serviced the system to insure it was working properly and made a follow up visit to make sure I was happy with the work. I liked the fact that I was sent an invoice for the work done and was not required to pay at the time of service. This is a very professional company and highly recommend them

Our well pump died on one of the hottest days of the year, I called JB Lawn Sprinklers Inc because they had good reviews. I spoke with Beverly and she kept in touch with me throughout the day explaining every step she was taking to insure that someone would be out to see me because of it being an emergency situation as this is our drinking water. Joe (JB himself) arrived as soon as he was done with his previously scheduled appointments and he stayed and checked out everything before finally settling on replacing the pump. He was courteous and friendly and professional. My water is back on and I couldn't be happier with the experience of dealing with these people. I highly recommend this company.

We have an irrigation system well pump that had lost the ability to maintain a prime on the pump. Four days after contacting JB sprinkler they sent someone over the diagnose the problem. It was clear that he knew all about the system and the most common problems. He gave me a few options to consider, replacement of some parts, replacement of the whole system and a few options in-between. Overall all of the option where quite resonable. We decided to replace most of the sytem given its age and we were contacted the following work day for an appointment. This was what took the longest, it was almost two weeks before we could be scheduled, but we had confidence at this point. On the day and time required they showed up quickly got to work and fixed the problem. The left the site clean and the system ready to use. I would strongly recommend them to all.

Repairman was professional and was able to make numerous repairs in a minimal amount of time.

The owner came and gave me an estimate and returned a few days later at the scheduled time and completed the work on time and for the estimate price. He was very professional and everything went smoothly.

We had a pipe leaking underneath our driveway every time we turned on our sprinklers. JB's came out and assessed the situation for no charge and explained what needed to happen. They then dug down to locate the pipe and determine the problem, and replaced / repaired the pipe. They replaced all the sod back exactly how it was afterward. They cleaned up after themselves and it was almost as if they hadn't dug 3 feet down into my yard. They were very fast, courteous, polite, and clean, and even did some of the work in the rain!

Company arrived on schedule and entire job was complete and working perfectly within three hours
