It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment but they were on time for scheduled day and time. The reason for the scheduling taking so long was that I waited until Spring to try my system which is their busiest time. Very nice young man, he seemed very professional and helpful. He listened and understood about our sprinkler problems and fixed them quickly and reasonably.

Very professional and courteous staff. Installation was quick with minimal harm to existing turf.

Services were performed in a timely manner, Provider was on time.

He ( I say he because I don't know if he wants his name mentioned) repaired several broken sprinkler heads and added several new ones, set the system to work properly, and added new batteries for the back up when the power goes out. I couldn't be more pleased, and yes I have very high standards. Thank you.

The job ended up costing a little more than I had anticipated due to the well cover, but the work was excellent and the company is responsive.

They have always been promptly responsive to our calls for service. After installing the Christmas lights, they routinely checked to make sure all lights were working & replaced any that had burned out. Their service included removing the lights so that we could store them and be ready for next year.

Showed up on time with large crew that attacked the whole project at once. Finished in one day with complete satisfaction with what they did and how the new front yard system and clock worked. Joe the owner was great and his crew really knew their business.

JB Lawn Sprinklers have worked at my home and at the church I pastor. They are prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would use them again. Their technician worked hard at my home to save our having to replace our pump, and they were successful! They are creative in problem-solving. At our church, they did everything asked, then replaced an off-kilter sprinkler head at no extra charge. I recommend them highly.

He hung in there until he got what he said he would working properly. It was very pleasant to deal with them. I would use them again.

The service technician arrived when predicted, performed the work within the time frame that they predicted and we are very satisfied with the work.

My lawn has drainage problems. I contacted JB, an appointment was set. He showed up on time and listened to my concerns.

The downside was that there was a two week wait for the first available appointment during which time a fair amount of damage occurred to the lawn. On the day of the appointment i called at the time of the appointment to confirm m that they were coming and I was then advised that they were behind schedule and would be about 30 minutes late. They ended up arriving almost two hours later than the scheduled appointment time. The upside was that the person who responded to the call was very professional, quickly surmised the problem, asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair and was able to repair the pump on the spot. He had given me an estimate based on his initial impression of the problem but was appropriately informative on other possibilities that he would only know once he opened up the pump motor. He repaired the pump promptly and efficiently, had the necessary materials with him, and was within a few dollars of his original estimate.He confimred that all the sprinkler heads were operational and overall did an excellent job. Would definitely use them again. (in fact they are coming to work on my neighbors system next week)

Joe (owner) arrived ahead of schedule but called first to make sure the time was OK. He did a thorough examination of the entire irrigation system. i was having issues of three stations not coming on at all. Joe worked for about 2 1/2 hours, fixing all the issues I had. I was so impressed with his work I signed up for the annual winter and spring check-up that his company performs. Joe was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in all aspects of the work performed. Pricing was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend JB Lawn Sprinklers.

I am extremely particular about my yard since I personally seeded and sodded it. After watering w/hoses and moving sprinklers around for 16 years, I finally talked my husband into having an irrigation system installed. My biggest concern were the huge ruts and holes that would leave in the yard. Joe assured me they would take great care with minimal damage. I was absolutely amazed! The whole process only took a couple of days and could hardly tell they had been there at all. They even installed one of the lines under my very low back porch by hand (which is the length of my house) so not to damage the roots of a large White Ash tree.The system they installed is very user friendly. We've had it, problem free, for almost two years now and our yard is beautiful! Joe and his crew were extremely friendly and professional and would highly recommend them.

I had a 7 year old system in the front yard only. Some sprinkler heads were leaking, some didn't work well and some needed adjusting so they sprayed in the right place. I had no irrigation in the back yard. Joe came & adjusted several heads and replaced the broken leaking one. We discussed the needs in the back yard and he drew up a plan for placement of various sprinklers and a price including work on the front lawn. He only charged me for the replacement of the broken one in the front not any adjustments made to the other heads. I was very pleased with the price and he came back a day or two later and did the work. He sure knew what he was doing. There were extras for the veggie garden and different kinds of sprinklers for different kinds of places. (Flower garden, lawn, narrow side lawn etc) I mentioned two areas where I wanted to plant foundation shrubs and he said he could put them in now if I wanted but recommended waiting until after they were in and then the placement of heads would be perfect. I did that. My husband has a small pond/fountain that we always had to add water to so Joe set up a watering tube that added water every time the sprinklers went on in that area. It has been a great help. Also, one of the sprinklers is aimed just fight to add water to a bird bath. Anyway, I have been very pleased with all his work. So has my daughters and several neighbors.

The previous vendor I hired last year tried very hard but was basically a landscaper who said he could handle the issue. So I invested a membership fee on Angie's List to specifically find a vendor for this job. I can happily say that J&B was extremely punctual and professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it! That is becoming less and less the norm these days and if you are reading these reviews that should not come as news to you! Very happy with my decision regarding both J&B and Angie's List and will gladly recommend J&B to anyone that asks!

I called JB Sprinklers to fix a leak. The service person arrived on time and quickly fixed the leak. I asked him to look at an area that was not getting good coverage. He suggested adding another mist head and he said he could do it then. I agreed and he had to new head installed in about 15 minutes. I cut each zone on for a few minutes and he reviewed the coverage and made some minor adjustments. The service person was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I observed him doing the work and he answered all of my questions. It was a good experience.

Very professional. New irrigation system installed and lawn looks like it was never touched.
