Josh and his apprentice were professional, courteous, and amazingly fast. He assessed a post lightning struck home. Giving a clean bill of health while fixing things that have been ignored for years (outside outlets). I have electricians in the family, but since they live far away, I would definitely call Josh at J&E Electrical Services for help.

We had several electrical issues to address – both inside and outside. Josh came and he was very good at what he does. We found him to be honest and fair in his pricing. Plus, he was good at explaining things to us as he went along so we could make informed decisions about our electrical needs and the issues that we were dealing with. We were also impressed that he had an apprentice with him that he was sharing his craft with. And we could see that his apprentice was really learning. Investing in a young man’s future. Well done! We have found our electrician!

Josh was there 2 days after the phone call. Appointment was for 10am, he showed at 9:30. Found out what I wanted, 15 minutes later I was given a reasonable quote and off to Lowe’s (close by) he went. Fortunately, the electrical service was in good working order. After receiving confirmation of the electric, the HVAC company continued to insist that there was an electrical problem. J&E stuck by me to visit 3 more times to eventually prove to the HVAC company that the issue was with the unit. Without their help, I would not have been able to get the HVAC company to accept responsibility to get the unit fixed. After the initial service fee, all subsequent visits were not charged. During each visit, they fully checked the electric to confirm it was in working order. I would definitely recommend them for future service.

Josh far exceeded expectations today by driving to Loews to purchase and expertly install electrical parts to resolve both issues within an hour of my call to him. He is very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and charges a fair price. Give him a try and he’ll also become your new go to person for all your electrical needs.

Josh did a great job and went above and beyond to finish the work in time to meet our tight deadline. He was professional, thorough, and communicated everything to me throughout the project. When he was finished, he waited til service was turned back on, tested everything, identified an issue, and didn’t leave until that issue was fixed and the job was done. Josh did a great job on our project! He was extremely punctual, very professional, and did an excellent job for a great price. We needed a power outlet installed by the far end of the pool for a sump drain and light decorations. Josh and was able to come out right away, provided a quote that was much more competitive, and fit us in early to complete the work within less than two weeks. Josh also took a quick look at the wiring on our outdoor security light that was malfunctioning and fixed it as part of the job at no additional cost.
