voice mail, internet service, landline phone service
 + 1 moreIt went awful. They hooked up one phone line with no services. No call waiting, no call fowarding, no voice mail, no caller id. and that's all thye accomplished over a 60 day period. WE had to pay time warner an upcharge to come in and fix their damage and restore our services. Deltacom / Earthlink for small business, what ever they wantto call them self are awful. They couldn't return a single call. Couldn't return emails. The only responses we ever received were automated ones stating that they were looking into the problem when they weren't. We did receive bills though. Lot's of them and well in excess of the agreed upon pricing. I have filed with the BBB and with the ATTY Generals office in this state.
Description of Work: They were supposed to provide us with three business phone lines, T1 - enternet , website & email hosting, cloud based data storage.
