Very well. There was one misstep when a crew member did not show up as scheduled, but a quick call to the crew leader resolved the issue. I am assembling a list of additional projects for these guys to do.

After a little miscommunication, everything went well. Excellent materials and installation. Best price in town for service and quality received.

the repair went well and it turned out well. My only complaint was that there was not much done to keep down the dust and we had to do a lot of the clean up ourselves.

Here is our scenario. Beginning of September We needed siding on our garage and storage building, also possibly a new roof. We saw Ingram Bros. work on a house a couple of doors down and liked what we saw so we called them for an estimate. The guy came out promptly, talked to us, took measurements, and said he would be back with us with an estimate soon. We waited for over a week, never heard one word, so I emailed the company (not wanting to call and get the guy in trouble by "ratting him out" about not getting back with us) asking if he had finished our estimate? Still heard nothing. Decided to go with another company who gave us an estimate the day he came out to look at the job. Finally heard from Ingram Bros. last Friday, September 26 I think. A sweet young lady called and asked if we were still interested in them doing the work?! LOL You think?! I politely told her our story and told her we had gone with another company and were no longer interested in them doing the work.

Rich Carbone and his crew were a pleasure to work with. He provided a quick, written estimate and work started 2 1/2 weeks after signing of the contract. Every thing was completed within less than 3 weeks despite a week of inclement weather that held up start of construction after demolition. The work was completed on budget despite some additional discovery and the overall workmanship was excellent. Rich supervised his crew regularly and quickly addressed any concerns. Overall an excellent experience and we enjoy our new bug-free porch.

I searched Angie's List for Home Remodeling companies in or near New Bern, NC. I select Ingram Brothers for their good rating and close proximity to New Bern. In early July (~July 3rd), Bond (a senior member of that company, but not a partner) came to the house with Brandi (an interior designer) to discuss my project. Bond and Brandi were very nice and I got excited over the ideas they put forth. By the end of their visit, I knew I wanted them to do my project. Being July 3rd, Bond promised me a detailed proposal by the following Monday, July 7th. This did not happen. I contacted Brandi and Bond on ~July 11th; Bond apologized for the delay and promised me the project proposal by Monday July, 14th. Again, nothing. I contacted Bond a second time on ~July 21st. Bond was embarrassed that I had not yet gotten the project proposal. He went on to say he had provided the details to Eddie Albrecht (an owner/partner) who would be sending them to me. Sometime the following week, I received a call from Eddie (the owner/partner). Eddie was unprepared for the call - all he had for me was a cost range - $35,000 to $40,000. He knew nothing about my project and had not prepared anything for me. When I asked for the detailed proposal, he said he'd have Bond prepare it and get it to me. This never happened. I do not know why Eddie and Bond did not follow through on their promises to me. While I am disappointed in Bond's failure to deliver the promised proposal, I am even more appalled at how Eddie - an owner/partner - was so unprepared and unprofessional with me - he just wanted to close the deal without putting any effort into it. While a $40,000 job may not be a big deal to them, it certainly is to me! I will not use Ingram Brothers now or ever.

It went very well. They were very easy to work with. The installers did a very good job. They had a little problem with the delivery of the correct windows from the factory but that was not their problem. Other than that, everything went very smoothly. They did a great job and zero damage inside when they were taking out the old windows, which was amazing. They were very good people to deal with and they were very accommodating to our needs. They gave us some extra things that we felt that we were due when there were a couple of issues on some things that we had a miscommunication on. They took care of it so it was a pleasant experience.

Workers were professional, no bad language. They cleaned up after themselves. Ingram was prompt in returning my phone calls and were here when they said that they would be.

Great! The workers were prompt in returning calls, were flexible as far as change orders. were concerned / They were easy ro work wwith. My only complaint is they left a mess in the yard. It was certainly easy to work with and they did a great job.

The project took three weeks from start to finish from planning to finished product even though work on it was hampered by eight straight days of rainy weather. The porch was transformed to a beautiful sun room with lots of utility and I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking to do any home improvement project.

The overall job went very well she was particularly happy with the outcome of the service including the price as well as the remodeling of the sun room. Just thrilled that the company was personable, careful and cleaned up after himself. They spent a good bit of time to make sure the job was completed correctly.

Ingram Brothers did a nice job for us. They represent a new aluminum manufacturer and that is why we went with them. It was custom made for us and the sun room is very sturdy. We like the appearance of the materials and how they got in there and got everything right. They did a good job! We had some changes we needed to make and they decided rather than nickel and dime us to stay to the original contract. There were times where they were not there when they said they would but that was because they had a lot of other jobs and not many workers.
