Tony was wonderful. He was very efficient and dedicated to providing the best service. He found the bathroom fan we wanted and made sure to clean after himself. Everything is working great and we definitely recommend him.

The entire service was excellent. My phone calls were answered. He arrived when he said he would. He took extra steps to care for my home - using shoe protectors, covering surrounding areas with plastic, leaving no messes. The electrical work was perfect and the price was extremely reasonable.

Mr. Pawinski assured us he would resolve the issues, was very undderstaning of the problem, courteous, and extremely professional and thourough in his diagnostics. Rewiring was required to get two 3-way switches to work properly, but more extensive conductivity testing was needed to determine the problem with the exterior outlet. Determined that when an electrical box was upgraded to breaker circuitry several years ago apparently a line was not properly connected for some reason. He installed a new breaker, wired the by-passed line and also re-wired other circuits to code and was done in about an hour. Would highly recommend his services - A++ all the way! Have heard nothing but rave reviews from friends and relatives who have also used Illuminate Electrical Services.

How did it go??? PERFECT! Not only did Tony return my call immediately, but he also came the very next day. When we discussed what I would like to do and what was most practical....Tony, through his expertise, advised me the best use of recessed lighting and suggested to not place recessed lighting in certain areas that I was considering......HE SAVED ME MONEY! Tony is extremely professional, friendly, very hard working and showed up on time! I was also very impressed with how quickly he worked and how thoroughly he cleaned up afterwards. I am so happy to have found an electrician whom I can trust...his work ethics and honesty are second to none. In fact, I hired him to do a couple of items on my wish list in my own home and I felt extremely comfortable leaving him alone in my home while I went to work. I believe in supporting small business owners instead of big companies as I feel I am hiring someone who really cares. Tony does care because this business is his. Tony from Illuminate came out to provide the initial estimate. We discussed the parameters of the job and he was able to provide an estimate on the spot. The consultation took no more than 10 minutes. At this point, I had still planned on doing much of the basement renovation myself. We had already removed two walls and installed a new ceramic tile floor. After determining that I would need to remove extensive amounts of drywall to perform the necessary re-wiring, I decided to call Tony back. I contacted Tony on a Friday evening. He was working on the job the following Tuesday. We wanted to complete the job before going on vacation, so Tony adjusted his schedule and worked two evenings to complete the job. Both nights Tony arrived on-time and worked well into the evening. We have a lot of storage and furniture in our basement that we were not able to remove. Tony kept the work area extremely clean, and took great care to protect and work around our belongings. He had to make minimal drywall cuts to feed the wire (much less than I would have cut). Through the two evenings, he kept my informed of the progress and estimated time to completion. At the conclusion of the job, Tony provided a recap of all the work performed. He informed me of additional concerns that needed to be corrected, but did not pressure us to schedule a follow-up appointment. After two painless evenings, our basement has been re-wired prior to our leaving for vacation, and it was ready for us to patch the drywall around the two removed walls and paint upon our return.
