House Wise by Cal

I cannot say enough good things about Christine. We came home to a house that was completely unpacked. Chrissy even cleaned the yard of debris, the pantry and refrigerator were stocked. Let me be clear, this is a 4 bedroom house, I know Christine worked day and night to get it ready for us. Photographs and paintings were on the wall, the clothes hung up in the closet and folded. It was truly amazing. We needed her to do this as I had a new baby and a toddler. It would have taken me weeks, or longer to do it. The realtor remarked that Christine was a consummate professional and handled the closing without a hitch. It was scary giving someone our power of attorney to handle everything, but Christine was recommended to us by a friend. She is trustworthy to say the least. This was a huge undertaking and Christine did a fantastic job. I give her my highest recommendation.

Christine"s responsibilities are endless, she has the responsibility of keeping our home in tip top condition and running smoothly, which she does to PERFECTION. As Property Manager, Christine has a list of various duties, some of which include, the scheduling and supervising of our housekeeping and landscaping staff. The scheduling, coordinating and being present for all weekly and monthly service and maintenance appointments. Christine is an excellent personal assistant, taking care of correspondence, errands, shopping, travel details, placing orders and overseeing and managing service for our motor vehicles. Her organizational skills are what makes her services so desirable ! There is very little we have not asked "CAL" to do for us, she takes on any project with a smile! Not only is she an excellent, well organized Property Manager, she has a great eye for detail, she's fantastic with social events, assisting with decor, gorgeous florals and she's a pretty amazing chef. What else can I say, we are very fortunate to have Christine and her services! House Wise by CAL comes highly recommended!!!!
