Holmes technicians showed up on time for the installation and professionally installed window and door sensors, two control panels, and a main control box with battery backup. The installation was clean, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. I also had them install a monitored smoke detector while they were here. Their monthly monitoring fees are among the lowest in the business. We have accidentally set off the alarm on at least half a dozen occasions over the years and each time, the phone is ringing within seconds! My family and I feel safe and completely secure with our Holmes alarm system and would not think of having any other company monitor our system.

Have had our home security system by Holmes Electric for 4 years. Office staff always courteous and helpful - like when I need retraining on how to manage the system. We had an alarm when hurricane Irene came through Wilmington. Holmes dispatched sheriff properly. I called in from out of town. When I talked to the dispatcher I got an accurate and up to the minute feel for the problem. Turned out the system needed a minor repair. Service techs showed up on time as scheduled, dealt promptly with the problem. Amen.
