Todd was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. He was thorough in his knowledge and answered all my questions, and then some. He went above and beyond the call of duty by going to Lumber Liquidators and picking up my wood laminate becuase I couldn't find a truck to do so. He finished the job earlier than expected, left a clean finished product ready for move in, and was completely dependable. I never even met Todd or his crew until after the job was complete (we did all communication by phone becuase I lived in Va) and he took great care of my home. And his prices were far below his competition! Use Henro!

We used Henro Flooring to remove carpeting and install laminated wood flooring. Todd handled all aspects of the job in a very professional manner. We were very satisfied with their work and would never hesitate to recommend Henro to friends and neighbors.

Todd and his helper were very professional about doing the floors that they installed. They were here when they said they would be here and finished in 1 day. The floors look great and I told him if anyone wanted to see them he was welcome to give our name out. I would certainly use his company again for wood floors . He was great. We worked with Todd Henzler for installation of tile flooring. It was a pleasure working with him. He was very responsive, professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the work. Todd was great to work with. He took care of everything. I would most definetly use Henro again.

Communication between boss and workers not good. The contractors were supposed to remove the quarter-round . . . didn't do it; they started to remove items from a room that was not contracted to do; they knew nothing of boss's requirement to be paid for first half when it was completed; only one worker returned at the end to put furniture back so I was required to help and strained back some. Later, simply reaching to my left to lift a small laptop from a table I cracked a rib and wear a brace now. The workers themselves took a lot of pride in their work, eager to fix any problems I found.

You can check back after my floors are installed next Thursday. So far I have been very impressed with Todd Henzler and his attention to detail. I also received estimates from the other 2 contract and they we very nice. It was difficult to choose but I finally decide that Todd was the person best suited to do my flooring.
