Marvin is very slow on emails and requested followup, some details of what he found, but he hasn't yet responded, and this is my only disappointment. I have multiple rentals so his feed back /invoice etc should be here by email so I can file them, and evaluate what should be done in future with Marvin. I think he is a pro, but not administrative in demeanor.

Marvin took the time to talk me through troubleshooting and answer my questions before ever talking about having to come out for repairs. He’s friendly and was very knowledgeable about our unit, even taking the time to explain what we could do to avoid similar issues as we had. Reasonable price and great service. Will be utilizing him again in the future if needed.
