I can't say enough about the positivity of our experience working with George of Hand Painted Homes Inc. From his responsiveness and honesty in the initial quote process to the finished product, George was timely, reliable and trustworthy. His work was impeccable and he was so helpful in guiding me to choose colors that would work well together. He completely transformed our home and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to paint their home, from one room to a whole house transformation.

I met George and reviewed color options a couple weeks before having the work done. He was very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable handing over a key to him since I would be out of town when the work was to be done. I can say this about very few people in this situation so that says a lot! The painting was completed on time and the quality was great. Since I was out of town George called me and filled me in on the progress each day and I appreciated this. I plan to hire George and his team again.

Not only were George and Issac very efficient and did an excellent job, but also George gave great recommendations to help transform the look of our house. This is the second time we have used Hand Painted Homes and we couldn't imagine using anyone else.

George and Isaac showed up a week earlier than estimated and they went to work first thing that day. They work hard and are very professional and kept the area around the house clean. We were rebuilding our front porch and they came back when we completed it to take care of it. The house looks wonderful and we have had numerous compliments from our neighbors. Overall, George and Isaac do an outstanding job and we would recommend them to anyone that need painting done.

I found Hand Painted Homes on Angie's List and contacted the owner, George, for a consultation. He called me back within a few hours and met me later that day to look at the job and give me a quote. I was impressed with his professionalism and ideas so I decided to go for it! My kitchen cabinets were old with latex paint over oil paint and needed a re-do badly. He stripped, sanded, primed, and then repainted all of the cabinets with oil paint. They look brand new and absolutely amazing!! My husband and I could not believe the difference....it looks like a new kitchen. :) He also painted the walls in a beautiful color that contrasts perfectly with the cabinets. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He showed up on time, got the work done quickly, and was very professional. He also left our house IMMACULATE at the end of each day. I appreciated this so much! We are extremely happy with the outcome!

Got Company's name from friend so this was a word of mouth referral Called company up and stated what I needed and company came out next day for estimate and then after we agreed on price, they came out the day after that and finished job that same day. Had no problems with company. Was reading two of the other reviews and I can state this was not my experience at all. Nothing but good things to say about this company and the painter. Message me if you have any questions. I could not do anything but give this company all A's.

They took another job without informing me that they wouldn't be coming to do my job. After several calls they told me they'd have to push the service back to mid-summer. I was putting my house on the market and they forgot about that important piece of information. I had a deadline for the service to be done and was very dissatisfied with the outcome of being told I'd have to wait until mid-summer.

George is AWESOME! From the very start, when he came out for the estimate, he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. He explained his approach to painting such a large house - which was to break it down into smaller more manageable chunks and focus on them. He was able to start within the week and we were happy to have him. George is a very personable guy and frankly, fun to have around. My dog was moping for three days after he left! He showed up on time, worked the entire time he was here and cleaned up each day before he left. George normally works by himself, but there was a couple days that he had someone come in to help speed up the process a little. Before he had anyone come over, he would ask us if that was ok - nice touch! Ok, enough about how rad this guy is... What about the paint?? It was IMPECCABLE! I am an easy going person as long as everything is perfect! It was. George took the time to find out what I was looking for in the finished product and made sure it happened. We had varnished baseboard and window frames throughout the house and he found the best primer (Zinsser) and then put two coats over that. They look amazing. He patched/puttied where needed. He doesn't really do remodeling/drywall work, but can recommend somebody if needed (we didn't). He cuts in all of his work by hand and it looks great. He also did the little things that make you that much happier about his work, like caulking around the window seals and painting the closet door tracks to match. My wife is a hair stylist and knows color very well, so she knew what she wanted and George made it happen. Had we not known what colors we wanted, I feel confident George would have been able to help us along the way. There were two different guys that came to help him out on occasion and both were just as meticulous as George. It ended up taking a little longer than expected, but that was ONLY due to the weather and I think he might have been done a little early if it weren't for the ice storms. If you want your house done in 2 days by a crew of 12, who only half listen, then you should look elsewhere. If you want to make sure your requests are heard and carried out by a professional who cares about his work and his clients, call George. P.S. If you have some free time, sit down with this guy and let him tell you some stories... He has lived a very full life! Be sure to ask him about The Rolling Stones!

George did a great job and I was completely happy with his service from start to finish. I have a bungalow style home that was built in 1925 and was definitely in need of some attention. George has a real passion for working on the older homes and really understands how to deal with them. George meticulously prepped the my house, scrapping the clapboards, filling holes, caulking and removing old nails, etc. Once the painting began the experience got better, George has a real eye for colors and what works. I could go on and on, but i'll stop the review here and just post some picture to show his work. Highly recommend!
