Granite Transformations

Well done did their best to start and finish as promised, kept us informed about the process. No complaints. Everyone respectful of our home and tried to leave the site neat and orderly everyday. Ours was a rather sizable job but they maintained a personal touch! Beautiful finish, gotten many compliments.

They came as scheduled and carefully measured countertops and cabinets. They then manufactured their product to cover our countertops and backsplash areas. Then they came and installed these on top of what we already had. (which was 4x4 tiles). On a separate visit, the cabinet doors were removed and the remaining cabinet work was covered with a white surface, carefully measured to look original, and then they installed custom made doors and drawers. We had purchased door and drawer pulls and they installed those. The doors and drawers work very smoothly and have special stop features that make slamming impossible. When the backsplash was installed, a few of the tile pieces broke, but they have a person who is experienced in fixing these things, and he came and replaced the cracked tiles. The price breakdown was: $2241 for the granite countertops $2394 for the backsplash $7543 for the cabinets The whole room is transformed.

We replaced a white Corian countertop with a granite top. In order to enable this small bath to show its true size, we also replaced the shower curtain on a rod with a gleaming chrome sliding shower door, maximizing the room's appearance and elegance. It appeared to be a new tub after the project was completed, though it was the same preformed acrylic one. This was a less expensive route than creating a new walk-in granite shower, though that certainly would have been the more expensive option. You can trust these people completely in your house. We even used a remnant for the countertop, saving money that way also. It still wasn't cheap, but I've never regretted my beautiful new surface. Great work!

First, the call and talking to Paige. Then, the sales pitch, talking to Paige's husband. Then, the measurements and template prep, done by Paige's dad... This is truly a family-owned business! The crew who installed were on time, professional, courteous (haven't heard that many "yes, ma'am's" since teaching Sunday school! We LOVE the finished result!

The sales presentation went well but price was our main reason for not being able to do any business so we decided to go in a different direction. This was no fault of this business but was a personal decision based on a tight family budget.

I called for an estimate the beginning of March 2013 and when Matt came out he explained about the company what they do and what they can do. And he brought with him a bag of every type of granite they had also they do back splashes and he had every tile for that too. Matt was so helpful he helped us pick out the best color combination that would match my kitchen. At that time it was time to talk money when i saw the price i was very surprised so i told him it was a deal. a couple of days later i got the call with the date for the measurement and the install days. I wasn't hear when they came to the measuring, but my wife said that the men that came were very respectful and did the work so professionally. on April 4th 2013 was the day of my installation and i also had to have surgery on my foot so when i returned home they were already there, My wife stayed home so they could started they showed up around 1100 in the morning. i got home and i was on the couch and they were so helpful any time i needed something they would help. the guys that did the install were nice and fun to talk to. they knew what they were doing and did a great job at it it did talk all day. The guys didn't get done until about 5:00 pm but i have a big kitchen. and the job was well worth the time. they even cleaned the entire kitchen when they were done. it was the best investment i have made to my home thus-far. i recommend this company to everyone that owns a home and wants granite counter tops and a back splash.

Provided on site estimate, samples of our choices, detailed templating. fabricated per templates in their shop. Two professional installers did final fit and installation, cleaned up, all well within one day. One minor imperfection was fixed later completely to our satisfaction. Very courteous and responsive staff from owner on down.

Sales are VERY low key. Granite color choices are presented and care is taken to fulfill the customer's requests. We decided that we wanted a white shower with a contrasting stripe that would coordinate with the seat and counter top color from two years ago. The new colored granite has changed slightly in color since 2010, but the new stripe looks fantastic with the granite from the two year old installation. You really can't tell they are slightly different in color. Once a contract is signed, they work with you to schedule both the person who makes the template of the space to be covered, plus the installation at times which are mutually convenient. Since we were having three walls done from the floor of the shower to the ceiling, we knew it would take two or three days to complete. They removed the shower door, the shower head and turn on/off handle, and reinstalled all of the hardware once they were finished with the walls. It's a gorgeous job, and looks as though we never had any other shower installation. They clean up after themselves including the shower floor, and take all of their trash with them. They arrived when they said they would, and took only two days to complete all of the work. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and its employees. It is a family business and everyone is very helpful and professional!!!!
