Great!! This was my first time using this company and I was so pleased with their customer service. The tech was nice, on time, repaired quickly, communication was great. This will be by go to for any garage issues I have in the future. Came out and did the repair same day I called, which was great, because I couldn't get my car out of the garage.

Great. I called on a Sunday afternoon and a technician arrived first thing Monday morning. It took him no time at all to have the door back up and rolling again.

I left a message for them Wed. night that we needed someone to come the first thing the next morning as I had a 9 AM doctor's appointment and would like to get my car out. They called the next morning and arrived soon after. He got the door up so I could get to my appointment and determined that the spring had broken. He replaced the spring.

Good communication prior to the day of work. Prompt arrival for 8 AM job. Completed the work and cleaned up in under 40 min. Took time to review new system features and functions. Advised on other items related to the garage door that may need attention in the future. Pleasant and efficient. Would hire again.

They were outstanding in customer service and quality of product. My new garage door opener can be operated by my phone from anywhere. It also will notify you if the door is opened, or left opened. The day after it was installed my 18 year old spring broke and I couldn’t get the door opened. I called and in 45 minutes the installer was at my house to repair the springs.

I called at 8:10 am on 5/11/2017. Repair was scheduled with a window of 10:00am to 2:00pm on the same day. Technician arrived 11:45 am and all repairs completed by 12:45pm. Excellent service and quality work. I would definitely hire again.

Outstanding!! Very professional ! Jeff was great he didn't mind me hanging out and asking questions while he worked and he saved me from a lift unit that was basically hanging by a thread and could of fallen at any time on top of my vehicle. He also installed a outside remote unit and showed me how to set it up. Very happy with my service and would highly recommend and would use this company again.

Technician arrived in a professional vehicle well marked with company name. Proceeded to introduce himself and scheduler had also given me my technicians name. Immediately was able to open my door manually and allow me to get the vehicle out of the Garage to the Driveway. Diagnosed the problem. Did not try to oversell the appointment. I asked for a keypad and he had one on his truck. The entire service call was under a hour and had all the parts on the truck. Technician even offered to leave replaced parts. I declined and what was really impressive he left my garage floor cleaner than when he arrived. I do not usually write reviews however I was lucky to find the right service provider and was very pleased with pricing, service, professionalism, receipt was emailed to me before he left along with a decal to put above the garage door opener in case we need them in the future. Now I only have one name "Garage Door Specialist" I understand they are a family owned business all over the Triangle to the Beach:). ! Thank You Garage Door Specialist!

My overall experience with this company was great. From the receptionist to the technician onsite. He was on time, very informative, had a great sense of urgency. Great prices and very professional, I will defiantly use this company again and refer them to others.
