Will not hire them for my gutter job. They were driving down the highway giving the finger to people going down the road. They should keep better control of their employees in the backseat.

Fantastic. I put the job out on Angie's List and Flow Masters replied in no time. Mike came out right on schedule and gave me a quote and the crew showed up right on schedule two weeks later. My seamless gutters are straight and flawless. No scratches or finger prints. Just perfect! The guys were very professional, clean and efficient. I had considered doing my gutters myself using box store plastic gutter sections. So glad I changed my mind. These guys knocked it out in two hours and I couldn't be happier! I've already recommended them to two family members.

From start to finish this company performed ALL work professionally! After several interviews and estimates we choose Flow Masterz Seamless Gutters to install our gutters. They work well as a team from office to work site. We would hire them again, but probably won't need to. Their guarantee and craftsmanship is awesome.

While the company had no problem getting out to the house to provide me a quote, once I selected them to do the work, things got really bad. Initially the work was supposed to be done the week of 04 Sep 2017, however, due to rain and wind (03 Sep and 04 Sep), the work was pushed off until the following week. The woman I spoke to, on each occasion, didn't seem all that organized. The first time I called, after calling them and selecting them (23 Aug 2017), I knew she would tell me that due to weather it would be postponed (31 Aug 2017). No problem with that. So she informed me that she needed to get her schedule together and call me back. When I didn't hear back from her/them, I called back (11 Sep 2017) to find out what the status was. She said she still didn't have the schedule right and would have to call me back. She called me the next day (12 Sep 2017) and informed me they could be at the house the next afternoon (13 Sep 2017), to which I agreed. She also said since it was all outside work, I didn't need to be there. 13 Sep 2017 came and went, no contact, no gutter work. I waited until the afternoon of 14 Sep 2017 to call, I got an answering machine and left a message that it has been 2 days and still no one has shown up. I waited until after lunch on 15 Sep 2017 to call them back and inform them that I no longer needed their services and would find someone else. I understand the weather being bad and having to postpone, however, after the day it rained, the weather was sunny, warm and calm. An offer/quote was made, the job was accepted, plain and simple. Granted, I only needed 2 lengths of gutters replaced, and a small gutter-with-downspout added, so this wasn't like a $1000 job, but to not call me back to keep me updated and to just not show up without any explanation is very unprofessional. When I called to cancel the service, the 'dispatcher' acted like it was no big deal. There was no apology, no regret, nothing. I contacted FM based on reviews here on Angies List. When I received the estimate was told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could schedule the job, turned out to be about 5 weeks. Of course with all the rain we've been having here the last few months they're probably inundated with work. They arrived late afternoon and completed the work in less than an hour. They worked well as a team and the material and work were professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Flow Masterz.

After first visit with estimate had to wait about 5 weeks for them to installed gutters in my house due to rain. Finally 5 guys came and install my gutter in about an hour. They did a great job and happy with them and the only minus is that was told will come in 2-3 weeks and after 3 weeks passed no phone calls with updates and I had to call several times to get status, other than that they are really good and will hire them again and recommend to family and friends.

I thought it went great. The only possible room for improvement would've just been availability in scheduling. But the price was very good for a high quality job.

Went great, I called and they returned my call in no time plus Michael came by a couple of days later and said they would get over in a couple of days and the guy called me and took care of this and the Flowmasters were just great, you can't go wrong with these guys, we're very pleased with all the gutters also they look great and the crew installing them were very good and nice.

This went very very good, the guys were there when they said and had about 5 workers and a foreman of which all were very nice, did a walk around the house to talk about putting some of the downspouts in different places as well as eliminating one downspout close to the front door. All old gutters were down and new ones up within about 3 hours. Everything went lots better than expected and would use again.

I've contracted Flow Masters on two separate occasions. The first time was at my work place. I had contacted them to look at the gutters over my office's front door. In heavy rain events, it was almost like there were no gutters; the rain poured down over the front door like a waterfall. Mike was there I believe the next day to take a look and provide an estimate. He offered a very simple and inexpensive solution. He had the work done within a week and we have not had the waterfall problem since. I then called Flow Masters again to install gutters and a rain barrel on a storage building at my home. The wait was a little bit longer for this job, but still under two weeks, which I thought was reasonable. They forgot to install the rain barrel at first, but I emailed Mike, and they came right back and did it. I was again happy with the responsiveness and affordability of Flow Masters. I intend to have gutters installed on my home early next year, and I am definitely planning to go with Flow Masters again!

This company is staffed by smart, competent and likable people. They responded to my call quickly and scheduled a work date quickly. The work was done quickly and looks great. They used excellent materials. Highest quality all around.

They were quick and efficient

Everything was good. The quote was fair compared to most. A crew of five showed up and formed the gutters on site. They even came back and made a small change for me at no cost. I talked with Michael Johnson.

They actually were able to come out two weeks later. They were quick once they began the job and I'm very happy with the quality of work that they performed. I had all of the gutters and downspouts replaced on my house. The house is about 2600 sq ft with a two car garage. There are multiple rooflines and it wasn't just a simple straight run front and back.

We got a recomendation for this company from the roofing company. The owner came and gave us an estimate right away. The estimate was lower than we anticipated. Especially since they recommended larger (6and quot;) gutters to make sure the gutters handled the water coming faster off of the new metal roof. After the roofer finished, we called Flowmasters and asked them not only to come, but to do some extra guttering that was not in the original estimate. The extra charge for the additional work was also way less than we expected. The crew came and quickly put up all of the gutters with drains in less than a day. It was so convenient. The whole crew was very professional. The paint finsh is even better than we thought it would be. The gutters look and work great. We are so happy.

They called to arrange the onsite appointment after providing an estimate a week earlier. They arrived on time, and everything went exactly per schedule. These guys are good people and did a good job, quickly, per the estimate.

I thought they performed the work efficiently and did a good job. There were some issues with water having to flow downhill and there were a lot of nooks and crannies on our roof. The system they put in is working really well. The other thing is they came the day they were supposed to and completed it when it was expected to be complete. I was very happy, I'd recommend them. We priced it with other companies and they were within $25 of each other. It was more about service than price.
