Description of Work: One of the only projects that I have ahd done that they did exactly what they said they would, and did it when they promised. We had a 5000 sq ft. very detailed exterior completely painted and they did a great job and finished it in 8 days. Amazing.

Description of Work: A SUB FOR THE CONTRACTOR ARRIVED AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE. He initially stated the there would be two painters and the job would be completed in one day. On arrival, he stated that he assigned the other painter to a smaller job and that she would be here when that was completed. He had to leave few times during our job for other matters. He eventually returned and the job extended for another day. It became apparent after a few days that he had missed substantial portions of corners and other areas where he had to cut in. We did not notice the missed areas at first- initially we noticed the paint brush marks. The reason we hired a professional was because I knew my painting with satin would most likely show the paint strokes. We had contracted to use a satin paint of the same color over the original flat that the builder used. I have been re-painting missed areas in three of the four rooms. Again, very nice fellow- I even gave him a tip,but would not hire them again.

Description of Work: Painted a long hall, two small bedrooms, one medium closet, baseboards, doors, window boxes. Price included paint, prep and cleanup. They were very fast, courteous and very accurate. I would have preferred that the business owner and done the final walk-through instead of a person that I had never met. A few small details were overlooked which I didn't see until later, but I let it go given the high quality of the work overall.

Description of Work: We received a quote for power washing our house and painting the wraparound porch, railing and window trim. 5 Star Painting was able to start the service within a week of our call to have them do the work. They were professional and careful to work neatly. The owner, Tanner, came by after work was complete to conduct a walk through and make certain we were pleased with the results. Will definitely call them in the future.

Description of Work: Power sprayed house, painted gables at the top of house front, painted wood over front stoop and painted front door.

Description of Work: Painted entire inside of renovation house, repaired popcorn ceiling, pressure washed exterior of house plus driveway and patio, painted porch railings. Excellent all around. Great quality. Kept me advised each day on what time they would be there the next day. Showed up on time.

Description of Work: The response to come and do an estimate was very quick and the estimated cost was very fair. We had a fireplace mantel and bedroom ceiling repainted. However, the person who came to do the paint job didn't do the job as his supervisor had instructed and brought his girlfriend along. As a result of his lack of attention to detail the supervisor had to have him come back and redo some of the painting. I would use them again but I would make sure that everyone is on board with how the project should be done and tell the painter to leave his friends at home.

Description of Work: I got an interior paint job quote from Five Star and it was very thorough and professional. I chose to go with an individual who was referred to me by a friend as they provided a lower price.
