I waited to rate them until I received their report that came on the day they said I would get it. It was very comprehensive. They arrived on time and were very professional. They took their samples and pictures and discussed some areas for attention. Unlike some firms they did not try to sell me some duct cleaning or other remediation. They provided me an analysis with suggestions for follow up. It was exactly what I wanted when hiring them.

Prompt response, excellent service during the evaluation service. Waiting for lab results and final report next week.
