Excellent. Finishing in 2 days and roof looks great!

Excel got back to me soon after I inquired about their services. Within a day an estimate was given to me with guarantee work would solve the problem. Repair was done within the week and took one day. Soon after the repair was completed (within a couple days) we had significant rain and no leak.

I contacted the office and was told an estimator would get back with me withing two days. Once I was able to talk with the estimator he came the same day and emailed me an estimate by that evening. It did take about 10 days to get the service scheduled but this was less than the amount of time other roofing companies gave me (some could not even come to do an estimate for 2 - 3 weeks). The roofing crew consisted of two men. They found the leak, repaired the leak and cleaned up all within two hours time. We have not had a strong rainstorm since the roof leak was repaired, but there has been no leaking with a couple of light showers. There is a one year warranty on workmanship. I would definitely hire this company again.

Great! Excel picked me up as a customer from Highland Roofing as Highland was leaving the home roofing business. Excel Roofing carries the GAF Master Elite installation status and so I was able to get a 25 year installation warranty and 50 year materials warranty backed not only by Excel, but also GAF. The roof looks great. Installation was fast and when the rot was discovered, I was consulted on the issue. The extra labor for replacing the sheeting was minimal. The salesman was knowledgeable of what we require on the coast as the materials are slightly different and he clearly outlined what would be included. The installation team was SUPER hard working. They only took a lunch break and were busily working the rest of the time. Sady Escalante the owner and his project manager Eric were both involved in making sure the job was done right. When the materials got delivered the evening before the job started, I noticed the underlayment wasn't what I had ordered (I opted for the synthetic as it wicks away our wicked humidity) and the PM had the right materials on hand by the next morning. A re-roof is a messy job. The team had tarps out that caught most of the debris and they scoured the yard afterwards to clean up the rest. I'm admittedly super detailed so I gave them a call after the job was done as there was still some small stuff hanging around the yard. They came back on two occasions to do additional clean up and to address any questions I had. Their stated goal was for me to be satisfied and they were willing to put in the work for me to be. Can't ask for more than that. Bottom Line - Excel is a customer service oriented company who's work is of a quality that they are endorsed by the shingle company. I'd highly recommend Excel and definately spend the extra money for the Golden Pledge Warranty.

Sady and his crew were very responsive and professional from the quote phase to the completion of the job. Pricing was very good and they completed the work faster than promised. Communication was very good and the crew cleaned up very well at the end of every day. The work was done per the proposal and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Excel Roofing.

I interviewed 7 companies, 5 from Angies list and two from google. Excel I found on google as I have learned that to be listed on Angie's list companies must pay to be listed. I don't get this, consumers are already paying to have site access. Excel was the best choice. Many of the roofers I interviewed wanted to put the metal roof over my existing roof and as I discovered in my research is not recommended. Excel was on time, communicative, and my new roof looks and performs exceptionally well.
