This was our first experience with building a house. We hired Eddie because of his experience, attention to detail in looking at the house plans and just his good natured personality. He far exceeded our expectations! He was so easy to work with and we never had any of those building woes you hear about because he was able to handle things so efficiently. It was a big job and there were hiccups along the way but he maneuvered through everything effortlessly. He built us a FANTASTIC, BEAUTIFUL, ONE OF A KIND home. There wasn't one thing we didn't like. He has used the same subs for years which was a huge plus because he had those established relationships with them. There were so many decisions to make and Eddie helped us with every single thing. He has great insight and helped us make the right decisions. The craftsmanship was meticulous and well thought through. He was very hard working, extremely honest and trustworthy, kept dead lines, had excellent communication with us, was patient and such a pleasure to work with. And, we did all of this long distance from Canada! We would recommend him to anyone for a small or large job and would hire him in a heart beat if we ever needed anything in the future.
