We called for the Angie's List coupon for the $50 pest control treatment. The team arrived promptly, found a rat's nest in our crawlspace & shed. They setup traps and checked them periodically until the rats were gone. We hired them to do our pest control services for a year after that. Would use them again.

Matt Miller and Mo were very professional, courteous and on time. The work was well-done. I had an angies list deal for 199.00 for 500 squa re feet of barrier coverage. The crawlspace had a little over 1600 sq feet. The final total was about 150.00 more than what my regular pest company I use for termite and pest control had estimated, so the cost was higher. But since I had already purchased the deal I went ahead, and the quality of the service was very good.

I am impressed with the whole experience and of course, will continue to use them.

Technicians are always professional and friendly. They are always on time, and leave us with the required recordkeeping that we need. We've had zero pest control issues since we started using them, so there is no better indicator that they are doing a great job! Scott and his staff are great at what they do...highly recommend.

Provided service advertised - treated house for insects, made recommendations for ways to prevent them in the future. Followed up afterwards and offered contract for regular service. Did not push the issue when we declined that. Only slight problem was that the offer listed on Angie's List was one that had expired. Had to lean on them a bit, but they did honor the $50 price.

The company's technicians were punctual and thorough. All together, the treatment lasted 6 weeks, including three on-site visits and the problem was resolved.

We're on a maintenance plan were they come out every other month to re-apply. Also as part of this plan, we're covered for any pest problems we encounter between sprays. Check their website for more details. They're extremely professional an knowledgable. I don't have much experience with other pest control companies but this one seems to really have it together.

They came and climbed up into my garage attic, set traps and found where they were entering. They returned in a few days and removed the dead bodies and checked all the traps. They the closed off where the pests had been entering. They didn't seem completely prepared to close off the entry point, even though that was part of what was promised with their offer. They came back one more time to check the traps again. All the representatives were polite and helpful, particularly in taking charge of a problem that I was completely freaked out about. Very professional.

Service providers employees were very polite and accommodating however the service I needed to rid my attic of a squirrel infestation was not able to be completed by this provider. They said there were safety issues to providing the service I needed. This Big Deal Service coupon was more geared to sealing access points in the crawl space of homes to keep rats and mice out. My need entails blocking a vent in the attic that is only accessible by crawling thru insulation or climbing onto the roof of the garage. They refused because of safety concerns.

They were not able to provide the service that I needed. I had wildlife services that I needed and not rodent. They did come out for me and they were very good when they came out. They even recommend getting a refund.

Everything went smooth, although I've only looked in the crawl space from the 2 door openings. But, what I can see, the technician laid the vapor barrier and stapled it down firmly. The vents are all sealed from the inside, so I went around the house any closed them on the outside. The dehumidifier is working, but I didn't get any documentation on it. I plan on emailing the sales person to get this information. All the people were professionals and treated me a valued customer. Even the electrical company that did the electrical work on the dehumidifier explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. Overall I was extremely pleased with the work and the price, especially since other quotes that I received, they wanted to do mold remediation, replace all the insulation or insulate the side walls, things that would have cost a whole lot more. Economy's price just included what needed to be done and I got a 3rd party company that does extermination to verify what I needed. The prices that I received was the $2,800 from Economy to over $10,000.

The technician was courteous, professional, and thorough. He was also careful to place treatments away from access of our dog. A technician also returned twice over the next four days to check the traps. Another visit is scheduled in a week. A sales rep came the first visit and did want to sell us a recurring service. Even though we opted not to purchase now, he was very courteous and emailed the photos of our leaking pipe with our paperwork.

Economy Exterminators were extremely professional and helpful in resolving our humidity issue in our crawlspace. They explained to us what factors caused the problem, how they would fix it, and the costs associated with the repair. We shopped around to see if their cost was inline with other estimates, and it was. But the reason we chose them was because they did exactly what they said they would do. Paul showed up when we said he would, followed up with us as we asked, never pressured us in any way, and ultimately ensured that the work was performed according to what was discussed. The installer was a total professional as well. He and the electricians showed up on time and completed the work as expected. The crawlspace was really transformed by the new vapor barrier, humidifier, and vent seals. A+++

The salesman was very kind when he came out to take a look at the house. The technician and receptionist were kind as well. However, having experience in the pest control field I feel that their services were way over priced. I've worked for a very honest and popular pest and termite business before I moved to North Carolina, and I feel their prices were high. I stuck with them because of their kindness and cooperation and they were the first available; however, their prices were too high for me to use them again.

Overall, it went quite well. We seemed to be having an infestation of small roaches and, therefore, called Economy Exterminators after checking Angies list. The receptionist was friendly, accommodating and cooperative. Response time and punctuality were outstanding --- I don't give "outstandings" lightly. The technician who did the spraying is professional, yet friendly. I have seen minor insect activity since treatment, but most sightings just came in (or were probably already in) and then went belly up. The frequency of insect appearance diminished over a period of less than two weeks. I have two "cons": (1) I felt pressured into signing a one year "contract" (required to have the work warranted) but was assured of money back if I was dissatisfied, and my impression after seeing the results of the first treatment is that I'm hopeful that this will not be an issue. (2) I am unhappy with the price - it seems excessive to me as it will cost about $500/year AFTER the initial treatment. Our heated interior totals about 1850 sq. ft., and there's a 625' garage attached. The initial treatment was $125 AFTER applying a $50 coupon! Had it not been for the price, and the pressure, I could have easily rated this company straight "A"s across the board. To be as fair as I'm able to Economy Exterminators Inc., I'm old enough to know: "You get what you pay for". In addition, I have not compared Economy's prices with other exterminators, except by word of mouth, and it's been a few years since I've paid for extermination. This is my rationale for rating Economy Exterminators Inc. an overall "A", even though I gave a heavy ding for pricing. Finally, I believe it's noteworthy that Economy Exterminators performs treatment every other month (as opposed to quarterly), and the prices I noted above do not include termite treatment.

I'm happy with the work done for me by Economy Exterminators Inc. They sprayed and laid traps inside and outside of my home. They provided good recommendations and good explanations. They're very accurate and do a high quality job.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience with Economy Exterminators and with the sales rep Paul Jarrell. Would highly recommend them.

I wouldn't call it a hard sell but the point of the service call was definitely a sell. I had 2 mud dauber dormant nests I wanted removed and although they said it'd be removed as part of the inital service call they weren't. So if I signed up for the yearly contract I suppose they'd get removed (just a guess). My problem was big brown smoky roaches which did go away but now 2 months later they are starting to come back so I think I will try another company to compare service. What I did not like was the actual tech seemed to be a non career guy ... young guy who was joining the army. Sort of just doing this until he found something better. Did not instill a lot of confidence that he knew what he was doing. Wasn't really supervised, salesman did not do anything but talk to me about price and contract and how this company came every 2 months vs other contractors who come every 3 months.Not bad experience just not that impressed.

After a couple of months, I was having some critters in the house. I called them and left a message. I got a quick response. They setup a time to come inside the house for spraying. I was told of a couple of things that I could do outside to mitigate pests. I followed the suggestions. No more pest inside. Everyone that I have dealt with were professional and nice. I recommend them to friends.

Economy came out and did an examination of the areas we were having bug problems with. They walked through the property with me, gave me a verbal estimate, and then emailed a detailed contract proposal. We have had two treatments and currently have no evidence of live bugs.
