Description of Work: Our builder used Eastern Insulation for a variety of odds and ends. Our pain point has been the glass shower door. We have had the hinges replaced 3 times. The company only follows up when the builder gets involved. They do not return calls or emails. Very unprofessional and frustrating to work with.

+ -1 moreI received an estimate for a commercial garage door insulation job. The price seemed fair and I wanted to set up a time for service. I called the salesman Patrick Gourley over 15 times in a month long period and never received an call back. I called the office and tried to get help and no calls were returned again. I even said that I just wanted to set up a time for service whenever it was good for them. Again, no help from the office staff. I have NEVER seen such bad customer service in Wilmington by a supposed reputable company.
