+ -1 moreThey arrived on time and were courteous. They were expensive for the time spent at my home. With a week or two half of the vent covers were falling off because they did not bother to line the screws back up.

The only reason for the B is it is now 6 months later and I have to have the service again. I feel like this is too quick a turn around, though I will admit, I am fairly new to the duct cleaning situation.

+ 0 moreThey went above and beyond what I expected. They removed wallpaper from around some of the ducts which I gave them permission to do. They cleaned them very thoroughly and I was pleased with the outcome. Robert and his son were easy to work with. They also had a great price - keeping right in line with the estimate provided.
Description of Work: Ductz of Wilmington cleaned my air ducts after remodeling work. It included the air ducts, dryer vent, all registers and the coils on the heat pump.

+ 0 moreThe two technicans arrived on time, were very professional and did a great job. I could not find anywhere that they had scratched the walls, floor or ceiling. It was a bit more expensive than I expected but the final cost was exactly to the estimate. I would hire them again.
