We heard about the potential fire hazards of a clogged dryer vent from a friend, so we hired Dryer Vent Wizard to do an inspection. Glad we did! David showed us video of a lint clog close to the top of the vent which prevented proper air flow and a potential fire hazard. The service tech David was professional and knowledgeable. David Brown was very knowledgeable and very professional. He took video when he did a walk through under our house, then he showed it to me while explaining the extent of the issues. After he replaced our 30’ slinky line vent with 4” metal pipe, he showed me the video that showed the work he did. Then he took a wind reading where the vent comes out from the house while my dryer was going to make sure to make sure there was good air flow. My dryer actually works much better now. Before if I tried to use my dryer above Low temp setting, it would shut off. Now that can I can use the high temp setting!! Outstanding company! And David was awesome!
