+ -1 moreThey showed up on time. I stopped by about noon to let the dogs out. The gentleman we initially hired to do the install was there along with several other guys. He seemed annoyed that I was there. At that point I was excited to see our new floors going down. When I got home that evening, the floors looked great upon initial inspection. When I really started to inspect their work I noticed they left the floors covered in dust and dirt. The quarter round they installed along the baseboard was done very poorly. Frankly, I thought it looked like crap. I think for what they charged us, they could have done the whole job properly and cleaned up after themselves.

+ -1 moreit I prefer to support local business but just can't with this company any more. We special ordered some cabinets that were damaged and the owner (the older guy) gave us a very hard time about it and even wanted to charge us a restocking fee! For products that arrived damaged?? This is a family owned business and the sons have always been great to work with but the older guy...forget it! My business will now go to Homeowner's Discount and Surplus Warehouse. Sorry guys, can't do business with those who don't appreciate my patronage.
