they did a a great job, im impress with the job they did the price is pretty pricey but was reasonable.

Josh was on time, he was very efficient and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Price was high but all plumbing services are. $448.

Donna B's team is always friendly and professional. Excellent work and clean up. Stephen and BJ are true pros. They answered questions, made helpful suggestions, and were very efficient. Plan to have them back in the New Year for more replacements and installs.

Showed up on time. was through and very efficient. Have had couple of other plumbers come out & none could ever figure out why kitchen sink was continuously clogging up. Josh with DB plumbing solved an issue I've been dealing with for the 10 years I've lived here. It turned out to be a vent in the pipe. Was very impressed.

Could not get a response from this provider. Sent an Angie's list message Friday morning. As of noon Monday, still no response of any sort. Tried calling also on Friday morning and Monday morning, and got a message to enter my password?? These folks might do fine work, but their response to inquiries is very poor.

They were a little late, but once they arrived professional and quick service was provided.

They did not show up on the day promised. But when I called them the next day, they had two people out to fix within an hour. After their service, I went into a hardware store and the two parts replaced were in expensive. I was charged $185.00 for a call that took a total of thirty minutes. As a Retired teacher on a fixed income (and with expenses from Hurricane Florence), I was very disappointed with the cost, especially since they were a day late.

Good It went well once they came and started the work.

We have used DB Plumbing several times since we moved to this house 6 years ago. They have always provided first class services.

I was originally told by another plumber that I needed to replace my shower because of a leaky valve and mold which meant cutting through my wall. DB plumbing was able to just put a new nozzle on and told me I did not have mold. Plumber arrived on time and was very professional.

Work was completed but then failed within a month, we hired another plumber who fixed the problem.

The guys fixed the anchor so the toilet would bolt down properly. They replaced the wax ring and applied some shimmies to make sure the toilet stayed level.

Joe was there within an hour and fixed it. It works perfectly! My dog didn't even bark at hm! What a great guy!

I think they are a little pricey but they do great work. They were punctual, professional and they got the job done right. The job was a redo that someone else did. They did a great job!

I knew about them from a friend. I like the female owner. She is very, very professional. I know the people she hires are professional. She and her husband own the company and they do a great job.

They came exactly when they said they would and fixed the problem quickly. My husband is sick and was still asleep in master bedroom off of one of the bathrooms to be fixed. The repairman was so kind to be very quiet & never bothered my husband's sleep. The repairman was very respectful & did a great job!

the actual job went quickly and was well done. as they are quite a busy company, it took a couple weeks to get them here. have already rescheduled them for more work.

Smoothly, technician explained what he was doing along the way and entertained my curiosity to watch him work.

The technician quickly found the problem and replaced the thermostat. He also replaced a part on our shower while he was here. we are very pleased with the service and have referred them to a neighbor who was also pleased.

They were excellent! Very professional and on time. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic job on all projects. DB Plumbing was very professional, responsive, courteous, and respectful throughout the process. They called before they came out and arrived on time. BJ from DB Plumbing worked tirelessly to complete all projects, cleaning up as he went and taking out all used plumbing fixtures. He was also very patient and informative throughout - clearly explaining what he was doing and educating us along the way. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and will continue to call on DB Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs, to include upcoming project to replace all of our toilets. Highly recommend DB Plumbing!
