DB Plumbing Inc

We found a hole in the pipes under the sink in the kitchen and called DB Plumbing the prior night. Jo was very knowledgable about what was going to need to be done. Riley showed up more than punctual the following morning, replacing all of the pipes and fittings, and explained in full what he had done. He was the ultimate in professionalism and I would certainly use them again!

Whole experience was good, from the office to the plumbers. Friendly, professional, timely, clean. Had my water heater replaced in an hour.

Very fast response to a non-emergency service request. Plumber obtained the new water heater from their supplier. Removed and hauled away the old water heater and installed the new. Charges included the price of the new water heater, parts, and labor. The new water heater looks better, and fits the space better. However, not getting the hot water, or the quick recovery, that the old heater provided. The plumber left the temperature setting at the manufacture's setting. No other temperature setting adjustments have been made. The hot water, at all faucet locations, after open running for a few seconds, and checked with an instant thermometer, is 113 degrees after at least 2 hours of being unused. The temperature reading, checked first thing in the morning and at various other times of the day, is never over 113 degrees, and is sometimes lower. This degree of heat is just "warm", never hot. Takes a long time, after single uses, to recover. This problem is a product problem, and not a problem with the plumber. Just waiting on my own scheduling issues to get the plumber back out to assess the situation. The plumber came out as soon as I called and found that the factory setting on this new water heater was set unusually low. He readjusted the temperature settings, and now the faucet water temperatures are at 135 degrees. This solved all the issues I was having with this product.

We were chowin; down on some outstanding Independence Day grub prepared by my lovely wife when my daughter looked up at the kitchen ceiling and noticed a brownish-colored water spot in apparent metastasis. I immediately shut the main water valve off at the street and called Benjamin Franklin plumbing. That was at 6:30 p.m. on the Fourth of July. Now I realize that the Fourth is a holiday, but the BF promotional literature promised prompt service "If there's a delay you don't pay," not to mention that they would have a plumbing technician available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days out of the year....BF e-mailed me a confirmation number for my order (#206857) which stated explicitly that one of their service members would telephone me by midnight. Needless to say, midnight came and the fireworks went, but still no plumber. What to do? So I called BF again and was told that their technician was probably working in a private home and would not be able to return my telephone call, and that I should give it another couple of hours...I waited until just before 2 a.m. on July 5...still no BF plumber...called one more time, got the same sort of runaround, and finally went to bed. Got up at 6 a.m. to check my messages. Still no plumber! What to do? Well, I really trust Angie's List so I actually went down the List to the next plumbing company that was highly rated and I contacted DB Plumbing, Inc.. I telephoned this company at 7:00 a.m. A very nice lady named Jo answered my call and said that she would have a crew out to my house to take care of the errant water leak by 11:00 a.m. To my delight and amazement, the crew (Mark and Wayne) telephoned me at 9:15 a.m. and said they were on their way! They got here shortly thereafter...expertly repaired the damage, and Mark was kind enough to take time to tutor me along the way...wrapped things up and were pulling out of my driveway by 10:30 a.m.! I am exceptionally pleased with DB Plumbing, Inc., and would recommend this company without hesitation. Ask for Mark and Wayne--those guys were great! DB Plumbing was great to work with. Gave the best price estimate, then gave us a discount. Showed up on time, were professional and expediant. Did the job promptly and on time, I was impressed that they started with the the best price, but when I asked them about veterans discounts they gave an additional discount as well. DB Plumbing did all that was asked and more. Don and Jo were great to work with and I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

Was unable to correct a shower fixture that was improperly installed 6 years ago. Still waiting for at least two months.

I had to wait 2 weeks for service but very pleased with outcome. Very professional and pleasant.

They did a quick, clean, and effective job. I am very pleased.

Malcom came just a couple of hours after I called. He was very knowlegable and professional. He was done in less than 30 minutes. there are no more leaks in the tub. I was very satisfied.

Don't USE THIS COMPANY. PRICES HIGHER THAN ANY OTHER COMPANY WE'VE USED. Service OK but other companies such as Ben Franklin are better and less costly.

Eric installed 50 gal water heater (service call and labor). They were not only on time but were in my drive way early. How's that for service! he removed the old water heater and was very professional. My kitchen faucet was leaking and Eric asked me if I minded if he fixed it. He did free of charge. What a a wonderful experience. I recommend DB plumbing highly and will use them again when needed. Thanks Db Plumbing.

Came out after first attempt did not work. Responsive and professional.

The price was fair, the problem was diagnosed and the work to fix it was done quickly. The problem was solved and the water pressure is better than it has been in years!

He arrived on time, fixed the problem, checked the other toilets and was done!

Called them at around 10:30 am they were finished by 12:30 pm.

Same pipe ruptured next day adjacent to initial repair. The tech returned quickly and repaired it.

They were excellent, friendly and professional.

They were promt and professional, but I thought a little expensive when I got the bill for only installing 2 bathroom faucets that we provided and 2 sets of shower fixtures (builders grade) that htye provided. They had to cut a hole in the linen closet in the hall to install the new connection and they were suposed to come back and put an access panel on but they never called or came, I just got a bill in the mail for $502. Will be trying another company next time I need a plumber.

i found them on angies list and chose them because of the star beside the company name. i called them and left a message and joe returned my call. was a little hesitant when i knew i just needed the upper heating element in my hot water heater replaced and joe said they would go ahead and replace both elements and the thermastat as if one was gone the others would follow sooner than later. i hesitated but then decided that she was making sense and went ahead and had them all replaced. she told me they would be at my home the next morning by 9am and they were right on time. the plumber did the repair in just under an hour and told me i would be able to take a hot shower in less than an hour. he was quick careful not to do any damage while draining the heater. although i could not pay him was able to call joe and give her my debit card no. over the phone and will receive my reciepts via mail. very please in the end.

B Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. Our water heater was giving us problems and we had a kitchen drain leaking. I called them Friday and set an appointment for the following Monday. They showed up on time, evaluated the work and gave us a price on the spot. We had to have our water heater replaced, but the price was fair and they were able to get a water heater to our house and hooked up that very same day. They were very professional and courteous and I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues!!!

Hot water heater leaked on a Sunday evening...DB Plumbing was at my home at 7:00AM the following morning to replace the old hot water heater and installed a new one in a very timely fashion.
