Representative was punctual, extremely professional, and did a great job. He had covers for his shoes so he would not scuff floors or track dirt. This is the second time we have used DB. You can probably find a cheaper price but cheaper does not always mean better.

Just moved into house and discovered a few issues with plumbing so purchased the special deal. They emailed me within the hour of buying deal to set up appointment. Luckily there was a cancelation so appointment was set up first thing next morning. Called before arrival and arrived right on time. Trouble shot the issue with my kitchen sink which turned out to be odor from lubricant and was very helpful providing me information about my water filter. Fixed the problem with the toilet and inspected the other components of toilet and let me know condition. Very professional, very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and hire again. After purchasing the deal, DB Plumbing called to schedule the service. On the first visit, the toilet was fixed to stop the leak. It was determined that the faucets needed parts. I called Moen and the parts were shipped to me. I called to make a return appointment. They were very responsive. Don, the owner, came on 3/1 and installed the new parts fixing the leaking faucets. He did not charge for the return visit. In addition, I asked Don if he could help me locate the main water shutoff for our home. He didn't hesitate to help. He went into the crawl space and was able to determine the approximate location of the shutoff which is located outside the home. Using a probing tool, he located the shutoff and dug into the ground to expose it for me. He suggested a fix that he has performed for other clients to make the shutoff more accessible. I will call Don in the future to provide the suggested fix. All in all, I was very pleased with D. B. Plumbing's performance.

The provider completed a repair to the toilet in no time flat. Given what the problem was, I'm surprised that the toilet hadn't clogged in the past. The solution was as simple as a new flange. The gentleman who came was cordial, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it.

They were very patient with me rebuilding my kitchen. They made multiple trips with no extra charge. They back out when we had a fixture manufacture fail and swapped it out at no cost. I was very pleased with them.

Came out to house right on time and got to work right away. Had some trouble initially unclogging the drain but my house was built in the 1970's and may very well be the original plumbing. After about an hour or so he got the drain unplugged, cleaned up, packed his tools. Very polite and professional technician. Plumbing total cost was a considerable lot lower than a quote I received from Ben Franklin and is also why i decided to join Angie's list.

Mr. Barnhouse was more than fair with his estimate and made suggestions as to make the job go faster and less $$$. I was impressed with his staff and they didn't stop until the job was done. Excellent work. This is the second time I have used this company and they will be my "go to" people when the need arises.

Came to check air conditioning leak. He advised me that I needed to call a Heating and Cooling provider. He was very nice and professional. Also, he did his work very quickly.

Called to schedule and she called back within 30 minutes and was able to schedule in 48 hours for first thing, he showed at about 8:30. I'd tried to fix the toilet myself and failed so I called a plumber and also had him look at my garbage disposal which hadn't worked in a year. We discussed it and I decided to have him take out the disposal and rerout the drain. Works fine. He fixed both the drain and toilet in less than 45 minutes. I am not sure about the cost yet because he said they would send me a bill but I hope they remember to give me my Angie's List discount!

They came out the next day after we called them. They checked out the hot water heater which had been leaking(lucky for us it did not leak through the floor) advised us that our unit had out lived it's usefulness and replaced it the same day. professional and quick would recommend them to anybody.

Tech was very nice and quick. He already came prepared and new how 2 fix problem. Was done in about 5 minutes. My only complaint is couldn't pay the tech I had to wait for bill so was clueless on how much it would be then when I received bill was no payment directions only you have a month to pay or it goes to debt ccollection agency. Otherwise would use again.

They were really good. They were nice. They did what needs to be done. I've used the company one time. They did a good job. Their responsiveness was good. They came right on time. Their professionalism was also good.

There was a slight problem and DB Plumbing took care if it quickly. Responsive Customer Service.

The two guys that came were very professional, respectful, and efficient. It did not take them more than an hour and they cleaned the area up that it didn't look like they were even here. Most important, our drain is working very well, better than it has in years! I will certainly recommend DB Plumbing to my friends.

Perfect from start to finish. Arrived on time, performed the work with no issues.

Called and asked if it would be okay if he came a bit earlier (25 minutes) than earlier agreed upon because he had finished another job faster than expected. I was happy to oblige. Found problem under house, took pictures, came back out and explained it to me. Got tools and pipe from his van, went back under house,cut out 1 foot of bad pipe, replaced with new pipe. Took approximately an hour and 15 minutes. $110

The Plumber showed up early which was great. He called 30 minutes before hand to see if he could come earlier if possible. He was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He replaced both valves fairly quickly and started on the faucet repair immediately. After it was installed he explained how the touch faucet work vs. a normal faucet. That was great!

Vendor was prompt in response, and on time for appointment. Offered cost effective solution and recommendation for prevention of further incidence. Would definitely use vendor again.

When I called to make an appointment they were very accommodating and came right out. The service tech was friendly and very knowledgable. He was conscientious about keeping the work area clean and dry. He fixed the problem and gave some helpful hints for future references. I would recommend this plumber and will call them again.

I live in Florida but my mom lives in Wilmington and needed a new kitchen sink installed. I went directly to Angie's List and based on their positive reviews, called DB Plumbing to see if they could do the install. I explained that as the sink was heavy it needed to be picked up at the store first and then installed at the house. Jo said this would not be a problem and we scheduled a time. The installer arrived on time and installed the sink as promised. The price was fair and my mom was ecstatic so it was a relief off my shoulders. Thanks DB Plumbing and thanks Angie's List.

Arrived 8:55am for a nine o'clock appointment. Was reminded to take shoes/boots off @ the front door (had no shoe covers). After brief introductions (he smokes) the owner Don when right to work. Initially he thought my valve was manufactured by Delta but later discovery assessed the Kohler hardware. Mr. Don pointed out the workship issues done by the developer crew for this spec house. He widen the space to remove the bad valve and left my home to drive to Wilmington (six miles different county - one way) to a supply house. He labored as he replaced the valve but did not properly re-attach face plate or exterior Town of Leland drain plate. He plans to return on 25 July 2014 @ nine am.

I just moved into a new townhome and the home inspector was worried that the TPR valve on the water heater was not correct. He recommended that a licensed plumber review. The folks from DB Plumbing were easy to work with in scheduling an appointment. The plumber reviewed the work and told me it was just fine. While there, he tightened a loose nut under the sink and put some putty around an outdoor hose valve. They were kind enough not to charge me. I expected the minimum 1 hour bill and would have been fine with that. But I called after not receiving an invoice and they told me not to worry about it. Considering that I live in Hampstead and the plumber drove up from Wilmington, I think this service goes above and beyond. I will use DB Plumbing for any work that I have in the future.
