Water heater was running poorly. DB came out and rebuilt. Not just on time but ahead of time. Rebuild didn't take and they were very responsive to call. Rebuild again (in case new part used in rebuild had a quality issue) with instructions on how to temporarily correct things if issues resurfaced and told to call back. Rebuild didn't take again which only left tank itself as the issue. DB came out (earlier than promised time again) and very quickly replaced entire tank. No charges from DB for rebuilds that didn't take, just for water heater replacement. Very professional, very prompt, very happy with results. Price in-line with what I expected. I believe I've found my plumber.

Our experience was good. They were on time. They were professional.

After another plumber had dragged a job out 3 weeks longer and $800 over the initial estimate, I left several projects unfinished to take a job out of town. A month later, I called DB to see if they would come out and give me an estimate to finish the work from before. This included installing and connecting a new kitchen sink and dishwasher as well as running a water line to the refrigerator. I was told the work could be done in an hour, and the rate was $165/hour. I was happy to hear that he could come out the next afternoon, and he was done in just over half the time he anticipated. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future, in fact I'm hoping to enlist them to put in some gas logs for me this fall.

We do remodels, custom homes, etc. They are great plumbers and do great work. They are clean and professional.

They were clean very quick and did a wonderful job. It was very reasonable. They did what they were suppose to do. They were quick and they were reasonably priced.

They are a little bit more expensive than others are but they do a good job. Obviously I am satisfied and I have continued to use them. They are licensed and insured. Moreover, to me that is little bit of extra money incase there is some kind of problem. In terms of price, they are more expensive than some other folks are. In terms of responsiveness, I really wanted them to rush for the second job. I would use their services again in the future.

I used them for a whole home plumbing job. They were very good and professional.

They were here for about 3 hours just changing the faucet. They said that they actually adjusted the cost because it took them so long to fix it. It was a very difficult job and I guess it was fair, but I was shocked with the price. I had the faucet and we have changed faucets ourselves, but this one was very tricky and we couldn’t do this one. They did what they needed to do. I don’t know if I would have them back again, but it was the fact that it was very tricky. They did do a good job. They were very prompt when I called them and when I had to have an appointment scheduled. They were expensive even though they cut the price. I don’t know if it was that the guy couldn’t loosen the nut or if it was the nut that was really bad. I was kind of shocked because it was $300 to replace a faucet when I had all the parts. They do have an hourly rate and since they said that they adjusted the price, I would give them a B on their price. They were very responsive. They were very professional because when I called and complained they explained the whole thing. I don’t know a lot of plumbers and I think plumbing is scary. I don’t know if I would use them again, but they did a very good job. It turned out well and I think we could change the next faucet because of what they did.

Overall found price was normal , work was satisfactory and would use them again.

They were very good. They came on time the day they said they would and got the job done very quickly. We wanted to pay them the same day but they said they would send us the bill and when the bill came, it was much less than the estimate, so we were very pleased. First they said it would cost $500 but it cost us half of that. We would rate them highly. We plan to use them again in the future.

They told me up front how much the per hour charge would be. The technician was courteous. The repair was fairly quick. They sent the bill out instead of giving it to me then. They were prompt and professional. Overall, the experience was good.

Great service and professional staff. They did the work very fast .. much faster than another company we had previously used. They knew exactly where to look to pinpoint the problem and then they called the city and they were at our property with their trucks too.

I thought the disposal was broken and that it possibly needed a new motor or something. It was an emergency shut off, and there was nothing wrong with it. They came out and just flipped the switch, and it worked again, but I still had to pay the full amount. They responded very quickly; they came the first day and did what I asked them to do. I did not dislike anything, but I wished there was a policy where if the visit took under 30 seconds, they would cut me a break on the price. Their timeliness and customer service on the phone were good; they were very helpful on the phone as well. I would probably use them again in the future.

They were a little expensive. The owner had excellent customer service, but the people that he sent were horrible.

The plumber (son of owner) came out as scheduled. Didn't have the proper sized tool to remove anode (?!) and had to leave to get it. Came back later and said anode couldn't be removed and the only choice we had was to get a new water heater, then he left. So, no anode and no answer. I was really disappointed in this guy's attitude and DB overall.

I would use this company again in the future.

All went well initially. Called and left message that I'd like a quote for a sewer hook up. Promptly got a call back and explained what I needed. Few days later Jo (?) called and left a message for me to call her back. So I did, approximately 10 times over the next 2 - 3 weeks. Never again spoke to a person and never got a call back. I've cut bait on DB plumbing. Going to someone who is more responsive.

They were called out to deal with a stopped kitchen sink drain that I was unable to snake. Reason for that was that old pipes had corroded and collapsed further down the drain line. They pulled the drain lines and installed new pvc ones, spending several hours on the job. They did a nice cleanup afterwards, and came in a little under their estimate.

He was prompt, professional, and efficient. I appreciated the quick response time, as we had no hot waited to shower! I called one evening (or sometime late in the day) and they were out early the next morning, had us up and running in a little over an hour.

We had just returned from vacation and our neighbor noticed water leaking around the pump house. We opened the door to the pump house and water was spraying everywhere. I looked up plumbers on Angie's List and called two that had good references. This was a little after 5 pm. I called one company and left a message. The next company answered and sent out a plumber within the hour and less than a hour later the leak was fixed. We will continue to use DB Plumbing for any future plumbing issues and will recommend them! They were great!

This company was excellent. I called them a few days before my countertop was to be installed. I spoke with a woman and she made an appointment for the afternoon before the countertop installation. They were very concerned that everything was done perfectly. They replaced some piping under the sink since I wanted the garbage disposal disconnected. They replaced the showerheads and fixed the leaky toilet in a short amount of time. The next day the countertop was installed in the morning and a couple of hours later DB plumbing came back and installed the new sink and fixtures. I was very pleased with their prompt, professional service and the quaility of their work.

The plumber showed up a little early. I described to him specifically what I needed for him to do and we discussed a couple of options. I chose the option I liked best and he executed. I purchased a utility sink from Home Depot and the water filtration device from Pelican. He inspected the Pelican water filtration device and made sure it was ready to go. He put the sink together including the faucet set I had purchased for it. Connecting the drain pipe from the utility sink to the existing drain was challenging but he was able to make it work by moving the hot water heater a little. He was very courteous and professional. He planned out the piping and competently put everything in place. He took time to check for any leaks and was diligent in ensuring everything was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the job.
